There are lots of great anime in Japan.
But which one is great for anyone?
One of my answers is “Vinland Saga”
Amazing story, powerful battle scenes, and their words.
Everything is perfect.
I am a man, and I want to live a cool life like them.
Lots of attractive characters in the story.
The story takes place in the 10th century and is about the Vikings.

Did you enjoy the anime?
Then, you should definitely check out the manga! It's so gripping that you won't be able to stop reading. I revisited the manga with Kindle and Jump+(Manga+ JP.ver), and I was hooked again. The story and characters are amazing. The 11 episodes of the anime just aren't enough. And the best part? You can read it for free with Manga+! If you're a fan, don't miss out on this. ... Do you know the book "Kaguya-sama"?
It's made by Akasaka Aka Sensei. He also made "Oshi no ko". He's a genius! "Kaguya-sama" is very funny. It tells the story of two people in love. But the first one to say "I love you" loses. This funny idea is used in all 28 books. How did he make it? I was curious about his work style. Akasaka Sensei's way of making manga is very smart. He seems to use post-its to organize his ideas. It feels like he's a business person. He uses many funny ideas and stories in his interview. ... Aug 3, 2023

This Anime and Manga is a touching story that makes many people cry. The beautiful drawings are made by the talented Shinkawa Sensei.
The story uses the word "Kimi," meaning "you" a lot. This word is special in Japanese and shows a deep bond between the characters, Kaori and Kosei. Reading in Japanese will give you the real feeling of this word. Shinkawa Sensei's smart writing makes this story amazing. Reading it may even inspire you to learn Japanese. This anime can't watch without crying.
This anime is not just about love. It also helps us think about how we would live if we knew our time was limited. The art and music in the show are very beautiful, which makes the story even better. In the anime, two words are very important: "Kimi" (You) and "Uso" (Lie). They are used a lot in the story and make it more interesting. So, if you haven't watched "Your Lie in April" yet, you should definitely give it a try. ... Aug 2, 2023

"Hikaru no Go" is a manga that's been around for over 20 years. But it still feels fresh and exciting today. The drawings and stories are still amazing.
I just started reading it and I wish I had done so sooner. At first, I wasn't interested because it's about 'Go (碁)', a game that older people often play in Japan. If you haven't read it because of that, I hope this review will change your mind. This manga is very inspiring. It's about Hikaru, Toya, and many young Go players. Seeing them grow and improve makes me want to try new things too. Reading this manga makes me ... Aug 1, 2023

I am a big fan of Higashimura-sensei. Her funny jokes and beautiful pictures make this manga one of my favorites. But, it might be a bit hard for fans from other countries. You need to understand some Japanese to get all the jokes.
The title, 'Tarareba', is a good example. It is a mix of two words, 'Tara' and 'Reba'. Both words mean 'if' in English, but also stand for 'Pacific cod' and 'Liver' in Japanese. The characters and the story come from this mix of words. But don't worry if you don't know much Japanese. The story is really good. It's about people who wish they ... Jul 24, 2023

This book tells the touching story of Akiko Higashimura Sensei, a well-known Manga-ka in Japan. She's famous for fun and cute works like 'Kuragehime' and 'Tokyo Tarareba Musume'.
But this book is different. It's a deep and emotional journey. It's about how Higashimura Sensei became a Manga-ka, and it's a story that made me cry. A big part of her story is her painting teacher from her hometown, "Hidaka Sensei". His role in her life was so moving that I couldn't read without tears. If you like Higashimura Sensei's work or are interested in Manga-ka, you should read this. It's a story of her life and how she ... |
