Nishio Gakuen is a manga that is not for everyone. Why do you ask? Well, it is a manga that includes characters from Nisio Isin's works. So if you haven't read or watch any of Nisio Isin's works such as the Monogatari Series, Katanagatari, Zaregoto Series, Boukyaku Tantei Series, etc. Then this manga is not for you to read, since all Jokes and references will just be "nonsense" See what I did there? A reference.

All jokes aside, Nishio Gakuen is a very interesting and funny manga if you are a fan of Nisio Isin or just a person who seen any of Nisio's works. The ... art really fits the story, since there is no actual serious plot, it is just a comedy fan-service for Nisio Isin fans like me. The author of this manga Mochi Shiba who is very unknown to me did a good job making this! He really wrote every detail and jokes carefully as if he is also a fan of Nisio (He might). Like I said earlier, if you have watched or read any of Nisio Isin's works then this manga is very highly recommended to you!

Just a short review because there is nothing extravagant in this manga, it's just a pure comedy between Nisio Isin's characters fooling around, I am a huge Nisio Isin fan and as a parody-comedy manga, this is an overall 9/10!

Hypmic, A rap-battle anime, yes, a rap battle.

Hypnosis Mic is not really the first all-male idol music-based anime of its kind, but let's say this is the first anime to be based on rap-battle and hip-hop (Correct me if I am wrong)

-Story, as of now (5 Episodes in) the anime doesn't really show anything, for now, they are currently showing the characters and introducing them. But I think episode 6 will finally show the DIVISION RAP BATTLE.

-THE LORE, yes, the lore in this series is very unique, (as you can see from the synopsis) A world where war is terminated and you can ... only fight by rapping, and a RAP BATTLE DIVISION CONTEST!

-The rap-battle concept is very very unique, this is my first rap-battle anime, but everything about it is already promising.

-The rap-BATTLE itself is perfectly shown. Everything you are expecting in this series, they will really show it.

-Art, really is beautiful, every time they do a rap scene, oh boy, you will have eye orgasms with their visuals.

-THE MUSIC IS REALLY DOPE NOT GONNA LIE if you are expecting just a bunch of beautiful boys spitting bars at each other, well you are not wrong but, it's not just about bars, THE WAY THEY RAP IS PERFECT, AWESOME BEATS, FAST RHYMING, EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SONG AND MUSIC IN THIS IS DOPE!

-Characters, oh, just a bunch of pretty boys, BUT AS I CHECKED THEIR FANDOM WIKI PAGE, THEY ARE PRETTY WELL WRITTEN.

-Overall, A GREAT ANIME, (For me I guess) It's really great, if you don't like the series itself then try giving it a second chance, The music, visuals, and everything are good.

Just Because! I never knew this anime will be this good when I first saw it, I thought this anime will be another romantic cliche kind of stuff. But I was amazed on how the story progressed throughout the story.

SPOILER ALERT FOR THE ANIME

The main girl who is Mio Natsume, her feelings for Haruto changes throughout the story I mean she did ended up falling for our mc Izumi, but I'm just pissed about how at first she ignores Izumi's feelings then when she ... knew that she has no chance for Haruto she finally accepted Izumi.

I really like Ena Komiya's character I love how her she ended up falling for Izumi and I really love her feelings for our mc, she's been with him almost throughout the story.

Izumi Eita, on the other hand, is more of an "Oh I still love my crush even she is rude to me" kind of guy, but so far I love how it ends and I'm still bitter for how Izumi and Ena didn't get together. But so far it's quite an enjoyable show.

Sound - 9/10 (I may be a little bit bias here because I love NagiYanagi)

Enjoyment - 9/10
