Both series are weird...in a surprisingly enjoyable way. Not something you see every season... Both have some transformation scenes....

Both shows revolve around making it in the fashion industry. The main female character in both shows is a model and the main male character is a designer. Paradise Kiss does seem to be a bit more mature though.

in both anime the main character wants to protect his dear friend: kaneki wants to protect hide (tokyo ghoul) and mika wants to protect yu (seraph) both anime focus on humans fighting some kind of 'monsters' (ghouls in tokyo ghoul and vampires in no seraph) however, in tokyo ghoul the story focuses more on the ghoul-pov and in seraph the focus lies more on that of humans in both anime one of the main characters appears nice and sweet at first but turns 'dark' later on due some traumatic experience

Lets say I just had a similar feeling while watching both anime Both have humour and a something dark in it, though zettai karen is a bit darker Both main characters have special powers Both have someone who is new to the situation and doesn't except it easily (Noragami - Yukine, Zettai - Andy) And both are just awesome

The main characters (Yui from K-On and Ohana from Hanasaku) are a bit carefree, but work hard to reach their goal. Both main characters have a shy friend (nakochi and mio) and one that is sure of himself (yuina and ritsu) The opening from the both anime is similar.
