I found Nyotai-ka as one of the best stories I've ever read on this particular subject. Apart from being the first manga I find, I like it because at least it saves us some of the most common topics (The protagonist seems upset by the attraction he awakens in men) and in any case the story is becoming more interesting as that advance the chapters, without being limited to "Ooooh, I was a boy before and now I am a beautiful woman, I will enjoy it as much as I can".
Personally I expected a larger portion of ecchi, but his absence does not compromise the
...
enjoyment of the story at all, so my assessment is positive and my recommendation is that everyone reads it. The only thing I regret is not having found all the chapters to know where the story ends.

I began to see this series hoping to find something worse than what I found, and also for the morbid desire to see how wrong the criticism was or not. Here is not the case, but in various Internet forums such as "Spacebattles" I've finished a bit burned to read all furious critics attacking this series, with a fury that I have only seen in haters declared Cosmic Era. Among other affirmations, the fanaticada denies the canonicity of Unicorn with the "accusation" of "being pro-Zeon propaganda to leave the Federation wrong and in that way that the Zeonians look good". Personally I think that there
...
is too much fan of UC out there bent on that anyone who says he did not like Zeta or some "barbarity" similar simply does not deserve to exist.
I do not know if it will be true or not, but in any case I do not care. What I want to talk about now is about this series, and what I'm seeing at the moment I'm liking it. Although I've only seen three episodes, at the moment I have not felt like killing any character or throwing the computer out the window. But I think they should develop a little more Banagher's motivations (his commitment to protect "Audrey" above all other priorities) and friends and their relationship. I suppose that in later episodes the explanation will be further expanded (Why does Full Frontal look like a reborn Char Aznable?) Why are these Neo-zeonians still worshiping Char Aznable? The whole MSG series he was betraying them!)
Another thing that I just do not see too much sense is the Federation committing the same stupidity as Zeon's troops: namely, attacking a colony from within and firing at everything that moves. Or directly open holes through laser cannons slaughtering civilians right behind the wall.
-Because yes, Londo Bell IS THE FEDERATION, even though the apologists of the Federation say noooo, which has nothing to do, just as the Titans were not the Federation, of course not.
At least this at the moment did not end in the destruction of the colony, but it will not be because the Sleeves and Londo Bell have not tried.
The style of drawing is also good, although I find it strange to see that in just 20 years there has been so much progress in the construction of Mobile Suits. Especially if we take into account that Unicorn is supposed to be located between ZZ and Victory, where technology is falling again. It's as if the Imperial Japanese Army fought Zeros in the 40s, in the 60s they use the F-35 ... and in the 90s they use Zeros again for combat. It does not make fucking sense.
Even so, I will continue watching the series and I hope that things improve, because at the moment the story is somewhat slow.

Finally I have decided to watch this series and for the moment I am not disappointed. Not too much at least, although I can not help but wonder: What hell did all these people think that Zeta Gundam is better? They are completely wrong!
About the series itself, the 12 chapters seen so far I liked. And those who said that Gundam SEED is a remake of this series were really right. I think that Amuro Ray is even more dumbass than Kira Yamato (which is to say), and both are equally burdensome. You can see what the inspiration is. At the moment Amuro is looking
...
like a spoiled and capricious brat, but at least I'm not inspired by the level of visceral hatred that Camille Bidan provokes me. But seriously, dude: You are in the middle of a fight and you start to complain that "I do not accept orders from a woman, I just want the Captain to direct me personally"? Even though Sayla not RULES, only COMMUNICATES the Captain's orders? Does it even seem like the best time to talk about it?
Although I believe that in this series Char Aznable is less stupid than what appears in that abortion known as Zeta, if it loads me a bit to see him as the type, it does not matter what the White Base try, because he has always foreseen it and it has like four or five reserve plans to act accordingly. It also burdens me to see how the military of the Principality of Zeon insist on trusting in spite of the fact that, according to my personal statistics, every time you walk near a unit of Zeon, the unit ends up suffering very serious damages.
I honestly ended up wondering if the real reason for the success of Amuro and the White Base against Zeon is due to their combat skills or, what I personally find much more likely, that Char Aznable is dedicated to sabotaging Zeon's efforts from within . For not entering in that all the battle strategy of Bright Noa seems to be limited to "Let's take Amuro to the front of the Gundam and let him take care of everything".
For the moment I ended up feeling more empathy towards the members of the Principality of Zeon than towards the protagonists, despite the fact that Zeon's are supposed to be the "villains". And that at the moment the only command of Zeon that I have known with a minimum of detail is Char, who does not deserve a great opinion. But the commanders of the Earth Federation are even more stupid than Char and seem more determined to follow procedures that they themselves do not understand than to do something fairly positive.
I will continue watching the series because at least I have not felt the urge to stop watching it in episode 4 and at least it is interesting.

After seeing nine episodes of this series, say that what I have seen I like.
Obviously not the most original story in the world, and less since the appearance of Harry Potter (magic schools there are by thousands now), but at least it can be entertaining. I'm not going to talk about how deep everything is, because that's for other series. This should be seen as something entertaining by itself, not to break it down in search of secret keys.
To be a light Japanese version of Harry Potter, they are doing very well. They do not abuse the absurd humor and although some scenes are very
...
clichés, it makes them look natural, or they give a twist of it.
The MC is a jerk, but a nice jerk with a grey heart, that although has power is not a character of "WAAAAAAAAH I ONLY KILL ME ALL". The other pupils, although their characters are stereotyped (there is the pupil ready, the pupil popular, the pupil tsundere, the one who is good with all, the fat one, the muscular one) do not become heavy nor exaggerate its defining characteristic too much.
I hope to see more and make it equally fun.
