I had been following the anime for quite some time and had planned to do so to the very end but after the manga had been completed I read some non-spoiler reviews and people's thoughts about the ending and everybody seemed to be utterly disappointed. At first I thought to myself something in the line of: some fuckers always exaggerate everything and are never going be pleased, there's no way it's that bad. But I ended up going for the manga anyway, to see what it was all about. I suppose the negative reviews messed with my mentality.
