This anime is simply a breath of fresh air. At first, I thought it would just be a romance with a bit of slice of life, but the story doesn’t settle for being just another seasonal romance—it’s genuinely interesting.
Plus, I love vampire anime, and at times, it felt like I was watching Monogatari… but with less underage harassment, more or less...,
This is one of those anime you just have to watch. I know it’s not perfect or the best out there, but I still enjoyed every moment of it.

This season managed to maintain, and even slightly improve, the quality of the previous one. This anime keeps getting better as the story progresses, which is definitely a plus.
On the other hand, it seems like there won’t be a third season, which is disappointing. However, there’s still a small glimmer of hope—I’ve heard that the adaptation isn’t very faithful to the manga (though I still thought the anime was amazing). At first, it seems like your typical generic isekai anime, but as the story progresses, it gradually takes a darker turn, reaching its peak in episode 12. It’s strange how, all of a sudden, the tone of the series becomes much more serious and somber—it feels a bit unnatural to me.
However, one thing I have to highlight is that this anime, at least in its first season (I’m currently watching the second), is clearly made with a lot of love from the animators and the production team as a whole. The music, at times, is incredibly emotional and well done. I’m not sure how faithful ...

This anime is more than one might expect. Its characters feel very real (at least in my opinion), and its story, along with how it unfolds, is truly interesting. Even so, I find it unfair how people judged this anime solely based on its "premise" and the fact that the protagonist's girlfriend is not a virgin. It's sad that many of those critics didn't even finish the anime yet still chose to criticize and rate it poorly without knowing how good it actually is. This is a clear example of judging a book by its cover.
