Honestly I thought of Yuuki Yuuna when I first started watching Momentary Lily Episode 1. It does have similarities such as full female MC's, unique powers from their weapons, Post-Apocalyptic, as well as a certain cheerful character. I'd have to remember to update this later, but I can also sense some underlining emotional aspect of Momentary Lily much like how Yuuki Yunna had.

Aside from the similar genre's and themes, the MC in both "aid" the villains in various degrees. However, one is borderline hentai while the other is much more subtle.

To be honest, when I watched Chainsaw Man, Kemono Jihen came to mind. The personalities are vastly different, especially with the MC's. However, there was enough of a resemblance for me to make this.

Both revolve around a man taking in a daughter who has been abanded. Both show difficulties of being a father and the sudden life changes (good and bad) they grow accustomed too. Both are funny, heartwarming, and enjoyable to watch. The main difference is Usagi Drop is a modern SoL and the other is Fantasy with the child being a devil. If you liked one of the series, you'll likely enjoy the other.
