This is that kind of show where the author isn't intelligent enough to write very intelligent characters. It makes my brain bleeds from how fucking frustrating I was watching this, but I continued on and the ending wasn't that bad actually. Yes, the characters are dumb and don't make any sense whatsoever, the world is build upon the plot (which GOOD writing does completely otherwise), and the conflict is so dumb.
Let me say this straight, if you don't feel any frustration nor any irritated feelings during your watching this show, then good for you, but also that tells me something about you which is definitely

Holy fuck that was horrible.
The dialogues are dumb, the characters are horribly boring, the fights aren't exciting at all, and the plot is not interesting. Who the fuck thought this kind of story is a good idea to adapt? This is like an author's first ever fiction that is so full of flaw and yet still get published because why not. This is shit. I thought maybe people may like the characters design and visuals but well, it's just a boring design at best. No cute personality and on top of that no cute/hot design, what the hell? The comedic moments aren't funny at all like whaat? ...

I don't read the original source, but the anime is definitely shit. Pretty sure it doesn't adapt the original source well.
The ending doesn't make any sense at all and I felt like I wasted my time watching the first to tenth episode. It will have second season? Oh, sure, that's good because if it don't then this is a impure wet trash, the kind you don't want to see at all. They wanted to make it a sad ending but it's just disappointing at best. I'm sure it lacks contexts, we don't know what Oscar is thinking and feeling thoroughly before making that decision, but ... |
