This anime is a masterpiece.

The main character is one that people can relate with, because he used to be a loser that would constantly get bullied.

You can see how Ippo gradually becomes better at boxing, starting as someone that nobody thought would become strong, but then, against all espectations, beating rivals after rivals until becoming the champion.

The battles are well made, making you feel hyped, worry for him going to lose, or happy when he wins.

It also shows other characters, that actually do feel like real characters with their own lifes apart from what the anime shows, with their histories behind ... boxing, and that you can relate with too.

It also has its funny moments, making it not only a sports anime.

Even if you don't like sports, this anime is worth it. Fully recommended.

I didn't like it too much. It's funny, but i have a big problem with Rem:

In the main story, it is shown that Rem falled in love with Subaru, but it was something more healthy, and she could still think critically over the main character's actions.

But in this movie, the love of Rem for the main character is way too exaggerated. She'd always say things like "You're incredible" when the main character proposes anything, being Ram the only one of the 2 to think critically.

Such a personality change doesn't make sense at all, since the movie happens around the half of the story, when Rem ... was in love for Subaru but not so much.

The movie is overall funny, but it's not really necessary to watch it since it doesn't really brings anything to the plot, and is not very goodly made.
