Both animes are very psychological and strange sometimes. They balance between comedy and dramatic events. Almost similar art . Both have a good way of introducing characters one by one. Their strongest similarity is the hard to follow conversations.

I haven't watched Dance In The Vampire Bund that much, but from what I've seen it is pretty identical to tsukuyomi moon phase. They both have imperious Vampire Lolis and the dark feeling of vampire anime (mostly Dance In The Vampire Bund has it :D ). The strong bond between the female and male main characters is also very simular.
