There's no way I can describe this series outside of simply saying that I am not the same person I was when I started reading this. And I cannot say definitively whether I hate or love this, just that it has traumatized me.

From the description and lack of any smut, ecchi, mature, ect... tags, I had assumed "oh, maybe she goes to another word and is the step-mom. that sounds cute... wait, where are the kids? ...Oh. Oh no."

Lemme tell you, you can only watch a girl in a sailor uniform get insta-pregnant and sh*t out an egg once before you begin to question everything ...

I tend to see people compare this one to Kamisama Hajimemashita, and while the two share some similarities, other than having a white-haired fox as one of the lead characters and having a female lead who ends up on a supernatural property for one reason or another, there are no major similarities.
My favorite thing about this manga may be the art. The airy style it has of it isn't for everyone, but for me it's pure eye candy, and It may be my favorite series in terms of art.
Story and character-wise, it's great. I think it had just enough volumes to characterize everyone who was ...

Reading this was like watching a car accident. I couldn't look away from the nightmare unfolding in front of my eyes.
Let me be clear- I tend to like age-gap relationships when they are done tastefully. After the Rain is a great story, and I admit that The Garden of Words made me tear up.
But this- this is just... no.
Allow me to be clear, the main character is in 3rd grade, so we're talking about 8 or 9.
her "love interest" is is school doctor his 20s. And the attraction is mutual.
1. Who hired this man?
2. Seriously, who let this man get a job at an ...

Let me be perfectly honest here- There's bad, and there's really bad.
This isn't really bad it's just regular vanilla bad, and I don't think it deserves to be as low as it is down this list.
The story sucks, the characters suck, but the art is decent, and I was able to laugh at the absurdity. In comparison, there are manga I have read that I couldn't even laugh at, I could just stare blankly into abyss as I either felt myself fill with pure disgust, rage, or both, preventing me from even gaining ironic enjoyment from them.
This manga deserves to be ranked low, but 2nd ...

I loved this movie. It was colorful, bright, exciting, and generally wonderful to look at. But the thing I loved most about it wasn't OZ, it was the theme of family. The way they tackled it was sweet, authentic, and real. In the end, all of the fantasy stuff takes a backseat to the family, and, I was perfectly fine with that. Better than fine actually, I loved it! It wasn't boring, repetitive, or anything like that. It made me think, and genuinely feel for the family and their struggles. Definitely one of my favorite movies! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a ...

Honestly, the only thing I can really say about this movie is that it's... average, and definitely subpar when compared to other Ghibi films. Like any Ghibli film, the art is amazing, and the overall quality of the film is good, but as far as the story and characters go, nothing special. I just rewatched it, and yet I can barely remember it. It's very forgettable, and the story is very hard to follow, the characters are bland, and motivation for many of the biggest plotpoints are completely ignored and overlookedOverall, I'd give it a pass, unless you really want to see every Ghibli film.
