Standard (quite weak) romance, with Isekai unsure why. Apparently, Realiana knows something from the story, but she only uses it three times?
The plot itself has some moments of intrigue or political intrigue, but it is just used as a backdrop element of the setting. It's especially disappointing because the romance begins with intrigue and political gamesmanship.
If it's a romance, the characters must be essential, right?
- Noah is your typical 'Prince Charming,' and that's about it.
- Realiana has two states (plus an optional third):
- Princess in Trouble - the state in which she is saved by Noah
- A
...
fierce woman - where she demonstrates her ability to manage herself
- She occasionally enters a third condition, which I don't fully comprehend: "Oh no, I've spoiled the novel, he should be with..."
The most serious issue I have with these individuals is that they are Noah is a stereotypical husbando with no perspective, and Realiana appears three different types of behavior as though she roll them for each session. This also makes the romance appear more like a theatrical performance or causes the spectator embarrassment rather than displaying any chemistry between the characters.
The rest of the secondary characters, despite their limited screen time, present themselves well and demonstrate that they were written by someone who tried.
To summarize, it is correct visually and acoustically, but I would regard the story or the characters as a soap opera for dinner, just to have something playing in the background.

So…. It has some wonderful moments and develops some fine plot-twists, but in my opinion, it's significantly worse than the previous season. It's also not for everyone because the topics handled are some of the darkest and most pathological, but it tries to keep balance.
The biggest problem is the construction of the episodes. It’s based on cliff-hangers, which makes most of the episode boring or filled with the same information. That’s “funny” because we have that lack of content, that causes: some solutions are before plots starts….
It's confusing since some threads are crucial because the second season picks up right where the first one leaves
...
off with no remains, memos, recaps, or anything else. Rewatch first season looks like highly recommended.
First season main thread was build about: “Oh no, we some wired test to pass and beat other class, so we need to break the system”, but now it’s different, it goes rather: “We need build up our position and connection” - it’s implies another problem: master-mind plan does not exist.
** Spoiler Warning **
This season can be divided into three parts:
- ghatering new tool
- problems between Horikta and Kushida
- troubles with class C
The middle half is annoying, too long, and repeats the same drama from the previous season, but the opening part and last part are quite nice, providing exposition of various characters (than first season). That focus gives us new perspective and contrast (, but they don’t bring too much to the story).

For the first half of the season, there is no story, the universe is presented lamely, and the people are either stereotypical or irritating.
Let's start with the characters:
- Bossy loli, the only thing that comes to mind is, "Please, just stop overreacting.". She is around 300 years old and acts like a six-year-old.
- Redhead girl dealing with existential problems
- Lizardman, perhaps the only character for whom a character was created
- Our main character is as transparent as glass.
Creation of the world? An insert from some legend and information that it happens some time after the previous anime in this world ...
Story ? The prosecution is
...
still investigating the case as there is no evidence of its existence.
The only shining stars on this list are the side characters, and that's because some of them have presented in other anime

This anime looks like someone change mind to this in half of work and rewrite all concept.
Episedes 1-5 is about reborn our hero, bad CGI monsters and close relationship Hajime and Yue. It has also some other threads and this look like someone tring to write promiseing revenge story (it try to sell this anime as sort of mature).
But storytelling is chaos, thread about isekai no exist. We have shuffle scenes aobut protagonist and other heroes with retrospections. We have only scraps of information about protagonist history (and we see they in random moments).
After this start, we can forgot about nearly everything (plot, badass
...
hero, additional threads etc.), because this anime change to Konosuba-like harem. We have brainless bunny like Aqua and masochist dragon like Darkness. So we get some sort of fanservice and comedy. Even protagonist charcter change from "I'll kill evrything to complete my goal" to "I'm nice and helpful guy"...
When I watching this I felt like I watching two diffrent anime with same characters and similar story. At start we have "dark fantasy" and at middle comdey-harem (some sort as SAO, but worst).
BUT if you close your eye to badly CGI, black hole in story and you like characters like Aqua / Darkness from Konosbua, you'll have entertaiment from this show. (and I can recommend to see recap to skip "dark fantasy"/loli theme if you don't like this)
