(This review is based on the 1st episode, since the second&final episode hasn't aired yet. Also, I don't really do "long" reviews...so yeah)
I give this anime a score of 6 out of 10. It wasn't something that made me leap for joy, but it wasn't absolutely terrible either.
The anime is an action shounen-ai (not yaoi) anime. The storyline is your typical action/hero plot where a loved one has been kidnapped, and the guy goes forth to save the day. The atmosphere is quite serious. There is little to no humor in this, so if you like a more serious type of anime, you'll like this. Although
...
the main sort of focus is on the love interest being kidnapped, the 'shounen-ai'-esk relationship is not really emphasized a great deal in this first episode, as the MC is still struggling to find out what his feelings towards the guy really is. So if you're watching this solely because of the BL relationship, I would say, it's first an action anime before it's a shounen-ai one. However, since this is still the first episode, things may escalate a bit in the second episode, but obviously not to the level of a yaoi, so it'll probably still be somewhat light.
As for the art-style, it matches the anime's atmosphere. You have dim colours used, and the characters are drawn pretty normal-like...what I mean is that there are no like big eyes, or outrageous hair colours, everything is pretty normal.
All in all, it was an okay action anime, with the main relationship being a shounen-ai. The plot was semi-enjoyable, and the characters were ok. (the problems with short OVAs is that you don't really get a character development or develop a strong bond for the characters...so I can't exactly fault the anime for this because...it's an OVA and you can't really do much about it). I would say this anime is best suited for those who like short action animes and who may also be looking for (or don't mind) a light shounen-ai relationship. enjoy :)

If you're someone who likes to blitz through anime series, is looking for somethingg different, light and funny to watch, you should definately give this a try.
I personally found this anime pretty good. Although it is different, eccentric and indeed strange...it actually works. The anime is basically about a group of four friends who work in a detective agency and undergo weird situations/cases. The characters are all very likeable. Each episode is sort of like a short comedic skit, however there are links between each episide so there is some order in the randomness.
The only thing I'd warn you about is that the description
...
makes it sound a bit more serious than it actually is (beacause it really isn't), and the front cover gives off a different air to the series. So you shouldn't really base whether u'll like the anime from those two things because you'll probably get the wrong impression.
I gave this anime a '10' because of how eccentric and funny it is. It's nothing like the other animes which i've rated a '10' but thats because this truly is in a league of its own and cannot be compared to anything else i've watched but also cause it was pretty good.
Just give it a try and enjoy :)

I just finished watching this anime and it wasn't good. It leaves the audience feeling incomplete as there are a lot of questions left unanswered, and also with a heavy sense of disappointment. When the last episode ended the first thing that came to my mind was, "...ok...so...is that it?". I'd only recommend this anime to people who don't really want to be drawn and hooked to an anime, but those who are just wanting something to pass the time with and have absolutely nothing better to do. (I hate being this harsh, but it really wasn't good)
Story: 4
Let me just start off by saying
...
that the concept of the story was promising and deeply intriguing. However, despite this there was bad linkage, poor pace, and a very poorly thought out conclusion. Let me explain. The anime is about 3 boys who become friends and start to experience soul traveling through a series of events. The beginning is quite promising as the main protagonists all have interesting dark backgrounds, and the authors also utilize very dark themes such as suicide, and the occult. However, despite all these amazing ingredients they didn't seem to do a lot with it. Yes, they create very good and fascinating concepts, but they failed to develop it any further or add any more depth to it. All it turned out to be was a good idea and nothing else. Every time something interesting would happen, they would just drop it and leap onto another concept. Additionally, the pace of the anime was very dragged out. And each episode just created a feeling a heaviness and not excitement. If you're looking for a fast paced engaging psychological horror/thriller this is not it. In all, the story, just didn't hit the mark, but simply fell flat on it's face.
Art: 7
The art work was very good in my opinion.(but I'm not a very "artsy" person so don't quote me on this) The drawing of the characters, and the background/scenery were all quite beautifully done.
Sound: 8
I really liked the sound which was utilized in the anime. I thought it was superb. The eerie like sounds they would use, and also the kind of disconnected far off sounds which were heard when the characters would be soul traveling was very interesting and set the mood. However, unfortunately, since the story within the anime was slow paced and un-engaging, the sound effects did little to increase the enjoyability of it...well it did do a little, but not all that much.
Character: 5
As I said before, the main characters all had dark backgrounds which made them interesting at first but then as the anime continued, the development was very poorly done. The only character which was very interesting, and whose pieces fell all together at the end was Makoto. He was the character who really pushed me into watching the anime through to the end, as he was the only one which sort of made it interesting/engaging for me.
Enjoyment: 3 and Overalll Score: 3
In all, I didn't enjoy this anime. It was dragged out, there were a lot of unanswered questions and the conclusion was just rushed. The plot failed to really go anywhere interesting, and most of the characters were not very intriguing nor had good character development.
Watch it if you have nothing better to do, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

I really liked this anime as their relationship was soo sweet. I loved the adorably cute Mira and also the gorgeously attractive Kyosouske. If you like yaoi and want a cute romantic one, you'll like this. Give it try first before jumping to conclusions and burning it at the stake.
Story: 8
This anime revolves around the relationship between Mira and his "father". The core plot summary is one of jealousy, and although this is a common love theme, this anime was able to make it unique in the way in which Mira's jealousy is portrayed as being a light and adorable concern. Furthermore, the anime
...
moves at an enjoyable pace for a short shounen-ai anime, and there are also comical and at types serious moments to the anime which add further depth to it
Art: 9
I'm not sure whether it's because I watched a DVDrip of this, but the art was pretty great in my opinion. One of the things I sometimes cannot stand in animes is when people are drawn with weird body portions, e.g. if they have a really small face and then really broad shoulders or something. But luckily, I'm glad to say that this was not the case in this anime, the people were drawn really well. As for the colours, the anime predominantly uses light bright colours which give it a cheery but also a somewhat fantasy-like/dreamy feel to it, which is quite pretty
Sound: 8
The sound was good. (I'm not really good at reviewing sound, sorry)
Character: 8
All characters in this anime were very likeable, and also have different attributes which thus embellishes and makes the anime more interesting. The main protagonists, Mira and Kyousuke are somewhat opposites of each other (the typical uke/seme pairing) which means they play off each other quite well. Other supporting characters such as Kazuki Hino and Takayuki Utsunimiya act as tools to help explain Mira and Kyousuke's relationship to the audience, which does allow one to empathize with their relationship
Enjoyment & Overall Score: 9
All in all, I really enjoyed this anime. I think people really need to give this a try before bashing it. At first glance of hearing what the anime is about one may be a bit apprehensive about it, but if one really gives it a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.
Sidenote: (As far as the whole "incest" thing is concerned, their relationship is incredibly cute and not malicious at all. Furthermore, there are a lot of couples like this in various other shounen-ai and yaoi animes&mangas; we've all seen the really cute big eyed short/young guy dating the tall attractive older male. Also, it's an anime, it's fiction, some people need to calm down. And one more thing, Have you seen the amount of popular incest themed yuri animes and mangas there are?!?!?!!? yeah, nuff said.)

This anime had all the key ingredients to create a great yaoi/shounen-ai anime,...and let us praise the heavens because it does not disappoint!! The protagonists were more than loveable characters, the plot was light, funny, romantic, incredibly adorable and of course, there were some steamy love scenes which made me as giddy as a school girl, ki-ki-ki-ki-kiii :3 lol
Story: 8
I give the story a mark of 8 because although the core layout of the anime is somewhat similar to other shounen ai and yaoi animes, the way in which the author has embellished it bringing their own unique spin to the formula is quite
...
good and enjoyable. In addition, the character development proceeds at a natural pace without leaving the audience in a daze thus enhancing the quality of the story. The mood within the anime is both comical and romantic, however it does touch on some more thought provoking topics at certain points which adds another dimension to the story.
Art: 8
I liked the art. I liked how the proportions were quite natural looking and also how the colours which were used in different scenes portrayed how the characters felt. Their faces were also very attractive looking which is always a bonus. (sorry, I'm not very good at critically analysing art)
Sound: 8
(again, this is just my personal opinion hear, not a sound expert or anything)
Personally, the sounds used was all pretty good....anno...I don't really know what else to say.
Character: 9
Both of the protagonists as I mentioned before are very likeable characters. Also, they play off each other very well which gives them a life like and relate-able feature. Furthermore, with good character development which keeps the anime interesting and fast paced I award this section a total score of 9.
Enjoyment and Overall Score: 9
Thus, in all this was a wonderful anime which was well written, directed, drawn and thought out. If you haven't already seen this, I highly recommend you drop everything you're doing right now and watch it. enjoy! :)

The thing which initially drew me into watching this anime was the poster for it. The skullman kneeling in a pool of blood. When I first saw that glorious picture I thought to myself, "yes! this is going to be legendary!"...little did I know that this would be the hope which propelled me into watching the whole series and not to drop it half way through. Let me explain.
The anime starts by introducing the characters and setting the mystery at hand, which is good. It doesn't just drop you into the story without any explanation. However, as I continued to finish one episode and go
...
onto another, I felt a sort of heaviness. This was because I had the preconceived notion that this anime was going to be action packed, and due to this dissapointment, one after another in the first 9 episodes I felt like stabbing myself in the face with a spork. Contrary to what I thought it would be, the first 9 eps reminded are a has a more mystery-drama air to it. It's only from episodes 10 to 13 that things start to pick up pace and all the pieces fall into place. For example, you now receive the intriguing action scenes you had been waiting for, you're now at the edge of your seat and you cannot wait to click onto the next episode. These last 4 episodes were what really saved the anime for me.
In conclusion, don't go into this thinking it's going to be action packed from the very beginning because it's not! If I had known this beforehand, I would have probably enjoyed this anime a lot more instead of constantly being disappointed for 9 episodes straight. However, it is still a very good anime. If you like mystery dramas which then turn very dark and somewhat 'traumatic' with good fighting/action scenes close to the end, you'll like this.
(it's pace is sort of like in 'higurashi', it slowly builds up but then the ending is absolutely brilliant!)
