5 Centimeters Per second is another great Master piece from Shinkai Makoto. It shows the Growing apart of 2 childhood friends and how there lives are without each other. Makoto shows the lives of Toono Takaki, and Shinohara Akari. They are two very close friends and secretly love each other. However both of them do not know the other's feeling for each other. One day Akari Has to move farther away because of her parents work. They frequently write letters to eachother. During Middle school Takaki also has to move. Meaning that he would be living farther from akari and would take longer to visit ... her by train. After visiting each other they confess their feelings for one another and share a kiss.

2 Years later it's obvious that Takaki and Akari have stopped sending letters to each other and have completely stopped contacting each other. Takaki is in his 3rd year of High School. Sumida Kanae a friend of Takaki has had a crushed since they met each other in Junior High. Realizing that Takaki is looking higher then her it is impossible to try.

It is the Year 2008 and Takaki is a computer programmer in a Office building. Akari is preparing to get married and remembers Takaki. Both Akari and Takaki have a double narriation and talk about there last letters to Each other.

Makoto showed the entire friendship of Takaki and Akari split apart from Moving, and the time they were away from each other. Makoto hits us hard in this Movie. Just like his previous works he never fails to amaze us. Amazing OST from Masayoshi Namazaki.

Perfect Plot, Perfect Characters, Perfect Music.

This Anime starts of with the main Protaganist, a typical teenager in HighSchool named Yadomi Jinta, playing video games. While is is playing he is somewhat distracted by his childhood friend Honma Meiko"Menma". After finishing his game he finishes his Ramen that he has cooked for him and his father. Menma is pestering him to have some of the teenager's Ramen. He passes out while Menma is on his lap trying to hold back on his sexual Desires.

It shows that the 6 friends haven't been to Friendly with eachother. The anime shows the emotional stress from years of regret, and there feeling for one another. ... Each of them have secrets not yet revealed to each other. Each of them feel it's there fault for Menma's death.

The flashbacks in the story shows the memories of each individual and adds to curiosity of of Menma's death and her wish. The animation and the OST were both very well. The song "Aoi Shiori" and "Secret Base" are good choices for the opening and ending. The OST definetly puts alot of emotions into the Anime. Makes you think after 10 Years where would all our friends be. Would it be the Same? IF you love emotional animes that make you cry, be prepared. Your in for one hell of a napkin soaker.

School Days is an anime that is a mentally stunning, and emotional.(Based off an eroge game) Once you watch it you probably do not wan't to watch it again. School Days shows the consequences of having affairs with people and how the other person will feel. Well it shows how much the human heart can handle, emotionally, and physically.

The story is like a typical anime that revolves around a Teenage boy and the other heroines in the story. Makoto Itou,the main character, has a crush on girl who he see's everyday on the train to school. One day he manages to get a picture ... of her and put it as his background on his Mobile Phone. Another girl, Saionji Sekai, see's this picture and tells the girl's name and her interests. In this case her name is, Kotonoha Katsura.

This anime is psychologically troubling and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with a delicate heart(Anyone can watch). The main character IS a sex-addict and has no clue on how the girls around him feel. Although he does these things, they somewhat bother him at times.

The ending, I personally didn't enjoy the ending. I knew something similar would happen and everyone would be sad. I think they should've just had the main character go back to his original crush and everyone would've been fine. I know his actions proved he deserved it, but he later gets back on the right track and realizes what he's been doing. The main character would've gotten to say his sorry's and it woul've been a happy ending. A Great anime, a great plot, and perfect Characters.
