They are both historical manhuas from the same mangaka and have a girl of noble status as main character. Both have complex and sometimes dramatic romances and lots of political intrigues. The art, style and atmosphere is very similar so if you liked one you'll definetely like the other.

Subaru
add

Those two mangas have very different stories and topics and they might not look similar at all at a first glance, however if you don't just simply look at the plot you'll definetely see many similarities..They're both very long mangas that follow the main character (or characters in Cipher's case) through a lot of evolutions in a long span of time and through different settings and location (with many encounters with great side characters along the way). In both the protagonist/s goes through a traumatic experience in the childhood/early teens which affects them a lot, and both have really great and in-depth character development. Also they're both mainly set in the states and new york and they're both set in the late 80s/early 90s (both being vintage mangas). Ultimately they both deal with some type of showbusiness (in Subaru ballet and in Cipher acting). Overall they're both really great mangas that will take through a long character journey without making you bored (and possibly making you loose sleep too).

Joou no Hana
add

Reading Joou no Hana reminded me a lot of Basara, since they are both historical mangas with tragic and epic plots. Both have a very brave young girl as protagonist and in both the girl goes though a long journey where she encounters many characters and she deals with political issues. Basara is slightly more epic and old fashioned in the art style while Joou no Hana has a more recent feel, but they're both really great mangas.

Doubt!!
add

Although Peach Girl had a lot more drama and it's more complex, there's definetely a similarity between the romances (ai-so/momo-kiley) and the characters (especially so/kiley). Both have a triangle with one good guy and one plaboy kind of guy and in both the couples face similar kind of trials. Peach girl is a slightly more enjoyable read but there's a good chance that you will like Doubt if you liked Peach Girl.

Although they have very different styles they share a similar feeling, both being coming of age stories with young teens as characters and quite heavy an complex plots that go way deeper than your usual shoujo story. Both deal with juvenile delinquency and have tragedy elements while being pretty realistic at the same time. If you're looking for something deeper than your normal shoujo and you enjoy complex and psychological stories you'll surely like those.

Both are relatively short mangas about strong and tough girls who have a complex about not being "girly". Both mc hide their manliness and strength at school and dream of being "normal" girls. In both stories they get found out by the main male character which in the end becomes their romantic interest. Both end up accepting themselves and their "ungirlyness" in the end, thanks also to the male lead liking them for who they are. Matsuri Special is longer and more developed, while Otokomae! it's more of a fun short read, but both are enjoyable and have good art.

They are both josei mangas by the same author. Both share the unique drawing and storytelling style of the mangaka, and both have the same subtle atmosphere. The main characters are very similar, both being ladies over their 30s and being rather quiet and not forward. In both stories the male character is on the contrary very forward and kind of forceful (in a sophisticated adult way that has nothing to to with the usual crappy josei domineering male character). If you like one you will surely like the other as well, since they both share the same unique feeling.

They are both weebtoons with great art and somehow a similar vibe. They are both about people in university and they both deal with real life issues as attending university and choosing your path. So far Pink Lady is more romantic and less comedy-like, however they are both very enjoyable reads with realistic characters and plots.

The 4th story of Mohiro Kitoh's Short Stories and Koe no Katachi have incredibly similar plots. They are both psychological stories about a young boy who bullies a girl that has become the target of the class for different circumnstances. In both stories the situation is then reversed and the boy is betrayed by his friends and becomes a target of the bullying himself while the girl reaches out to help him. In both the main character ends up mentally growing up as a result of the girl and the events' influence.

Both are about a relationship between a student and a young teacher. Both male characters are rather similar: a little weird, friendly and popular with the students and somewhat childish. In both mangas the relationship starts off with the teacher being concerned and friendly with the fermale lead and trying to help her integrating in the class and making friends. Both of the main characters fall for the teacher and confess first. Hirunaka no Ryuusei is a lot longer and more developed tough.

Somehow the male leads in both mangas really resemble each other. Both shoujos have a quite unsual 'bad boy' character who is fearless and influences those around him and both are romances who start in elementary school. Oboreru Knife is a lot darker while I ♥ HS gets really hilarious however they definetely have some common traits.
