If you like FMA you are bound to enjoy FMA. Although quite unique in story from what FMA is it has much of the charm and wonderful world building and writing that made FMA so great and what Arakawa is so loved for. A story strongly centered around family/ a pair of siblings. Instead of science we have we have magic/ spiritual powers at the fore front. Yuru is both in some ways similar but also very different from Ed. Filled with mystery, suspense and horror elements.

I can't think of a series quite like it, Comedy, Drama, Found family, Friendships, a fun twist on the Isekai genre (no dying necessary here) combined with school shenanigens. While not much like Ouran at the same time I think if you enjoy the zany humour of it you'll likely get a kick out of Iruma too
