I'm going to review this anime from episode 2.., why? Because episode 2 is when it actually starts. Please base your opinions, ideals, what you think, etc from episode 2 not the first one.
I'm typing this down in a plead and as a begging to whoever is reading this and wants to try this anime, please try BOTH episode 1 and 2. When you watch episode 2, you'll understand why I'm asking you of this. The difference between episode 1 and episode 2 is like the difference between fire and water.
I will now review this anime from the perspective of someone who just watched episode
...
2 because I am that someone. If you do not want spoilers STOP READING NOW. I'm even suggesting to you, if you haven't seen the second episode, go watch it. Don't hate me if I spoil things for you, it's your own fault. :P
P.S. Overall rating is to change as this progresses.
Story: It's pretty epic so far. At this point we learn the main character is nothing like he seemed in the first episode. He gave the impression that he's a nice guy and it had harem written all over him. Well.... think again because this guy KNOWS HOW TO FIGHT!. Their first enemy of the series has appeared and she's a nutcase. Fear came from a cube, this lady hates cubes, lady pisses Fear off and Haruaki doesn't take crap from no one. Thus we have one hell of a fight scene.
Art: The art is nice, it's what I call 2011 art. They know how to shift the art colour according to what's happening. The first episode had colour, the second episode was more darker. There is also surprisingly a lot of blood in this anime. The animation is also really good. Fight scene was crystal clear, I never felt lost or put off.
Sound: I haven't heard enough BGM, that or nothing amazing has come out. I find Fear's voice to be a bit irritating at times. But on the second episode, I now love her voice. The voice actor for Haruaki is the same guy who did Subaru in 'Ro-Kyu-Bu!', but don't let that put you off. Because Haruaki is a badass compared to Subaru.
Character: There's nothing to say here besides what I've already said. Also there's not enough episodes for me to type about character growth or learn enough about them. All I can say is everyone is surprisingly acrobatic.
Going to leave the last two out for several reasons.
Anyways, the target audience for this anime may actually shift. The first episode seemed like it was asking for a harem, this may appeal to a certain type of audience. The second episode is more like an action/shounen/supernatural/ genre.
But yeh, I will say this now. If you are someone who watched the first episode and thought it would be all moe, loli, ecchi stuff and got put off. I beg you to try episode 2, you won't regret it. MAL even states that it is an action and shounen. Lets just say the action and shounen begins now.

So at this time, I've finished all 13 episodes but MAL won't let me set it as completed >_>, but whatever, lol.
The main thing to point out about this anime is that it's 3 minutes long. A lot of people may have different opinions towards this, but I'll tell you mine. It's perfect.
They had an anime to show, but it'd be hard competing with all the other ones that have been released, especially when there is no story, no character development, or anything complex. So what do they do?, make the eps only 3 minutes long.
Due to this, someone like me who has
...
their dish of anime always being full, always has time to spare 3 minutes to watch something fun and light hearted. I find that my enjoyment of these 3 minute episodes of Morita-san wa Mukuchi can sometimes even be greater than those with the traditional 24 minute episodes.
I've watched things like, Lucky Star, K-ON!, or A-Channel and I tell you, Morita-san wa Mukuchi, though doesn't live up to be as good as those, it's pretty damn good for what it achieves in the time it has.
Anyways, this is just something nice to pick up when you're bored or want to kill time. It's not something that's supposed to be dug up and thought about in a difficult manner. It's just something that's just..... there. You know... it's just... there.
Story: 5
There is no story.
Art: 5
It's kinda old, but I didn't expect much anyway.
Sound: 5
It was nice.
Character: 6
There was no character development, but I didn't see anything cliche (e.g. girl with watermelons has boobs lol). What's interesting is Mayu is the most interesting character for someone who hardly talks.
Enjoyment: 8
I liked it. I can always spare 3 minutes watching eps as they came out. Skipping the OP will cut it down to 2 minutes and a half, so it's even shorter.
Overall: 7
There is nothing actually wrong with this anime. Sure there is no story but I've seen plenty of anime with no story. Though they make up for it by character development, but this doesn't even have that. It's really is just purely based on the enjoyment it gives. But, it surprises me how well they can use 2 and a half minutes.
Bored? Don't feel like watching something serious? Give this a try! :P

So the newest Bleach movie, Hell Chapter/Hell Verse/Jigokuhen whatever you want to call it has been recently subbed. Of course since I liked the previous movies, I'd see this one. There are spoilers here, reviewing a movie without spoiling anything while trying to keep it interesting is next to impossible.
So read at your own risk.
Story: 6
The story was.. "bleh". Its not boring but its not creative and the twist is pretty predictable.
So these bad guys appear from hell but are still tied to hell by "chains" and after seeing Ichigo's full hollow form they're all like "oh yeh... he looks strong... lets go
...
take his sisters and get him to break our chains" and they do that. So what does Ichigo and his friends do? Well they give chase obviously.
That's pretty much the basis of how Ichigo ends up in hell. The only thing I like about this story is that its just screaming for "action". Going into enemy territory, you already know you're gonna see a lot of kickass fights.
What I sorta didn't like about this kind of story is rather than pondering about what will happen to Ichigo next, I was more curious of how Ichigo was going to go about doing it. I guess it was because there was always a goal, as in, where Ichigo had to be was already set so there wasn't much room for mystery or drama, just lots of intense fighting.
Art: 9
Visuals are pretty well done. I would have given this a 9 but the way they made hell looked like they could have done more.
There are 4 layers in hell:
The first layer being a bunch of white blocks.
The second layer being water with white platforms blocks.
The third layer being gravel with yellow water holes.
The fourth layer being a very large open area of blankness with some lava touches.
I guess this shows the focus in action over story as these locations acted more like perfect battlegrounds rather than scenery. Though what made up for this and also works with this was the animation.
Fight scenes were amazing as there were no cheesy cuts or effects. For an intense group battle, it was really well done. When it comes to group fights in Bleach, what usually happens is enemies and allies pair up in 1 vs 1's or in some cases 2 vs 1's. Though it still happened in this movie, there were long scenes of all out battles which were planned perfectly and didn't confuse me.
Sound: 10
I don't give 10's to much stuff unless it "moves" me and this moved me. Even though the first 10 minutes is just a relapse of Ichigo vs Ulquiorra using different angles, the music they put with it just made it that much better. I usually don't even remember background music because of focusing on other things, but because I still remember some parts of it means something.
The fact that they went old school and played "Number One" by Hazel Fernandes brought back so much memories and all I could think of was "sh*** gonna go down now!". If you don't know the song then stop reading right now and youtube it. If you refuse to youtube it, then don't even bother watching this movie... stop watching bleach entirely.
Character: 7
There isn't much to say here. When things look bad, Ichigo does what he does best and takes down his problems using power. Everyone is still the same as the episodes, there's no change. The problems I have is with the enemies.
So the idea is that they're weaker in the real world and stronger in the hell world. But after watching scenes play out, I felt like they were stronger in the real world and weaker in the hell world. I think they should have made the main characters struggle harder in the hell world. But as far as bad guys go, these guys were pretty weird and out there. Which is what I found pretty cool.
Enjoyment: 8
I don't watch bleach for the story. I watch bleach for the extremely overpowered Ichigo kicking heaps of ass. I know other people would disagree but I really couldn't care less. I get a kick out of Ichigo struggling then bringing out random power and courage then completely destroying the enemy. I'm sorta glad they took this path and focused on action, it reminded me of why I watch Bleach.
Overall: 8
Though the story is linear and predictable, the art and sound makes up for it. I went through nostalgia as they did a remake of the first episode with the scene of high school Ichigo beating up bullies. This movie is ACTION focused, and it set that aim and delivered it well. It didn't try to be what it's not and fail at it. It went with the simple direct path and came out winning.

I'm not gonna give this anime any rating yet since its only the first ep... but it looks VERY promising... I suggest anyone who wants a serious and meaningful story to check this out because I'm already tempted to give this a 10 just for the first episode.
Story: It's not all that complicated really... it's just as the summary says and nothing extra. But without a complicated story, its about the execution... and for a first episode... they pulled it off with flying colours.
Art: Very unique, but it works. It's different and "sketchy", I don't know how it works, but I like it. It's pretty
...
much what you see in the display picture for the anime that MAL has up.
Sound: They know when to put music in the perfect places. In the first episode, compared to other anime.. not much words were being said. It was the background music that kept my attention for those moments of silence.
Character: OMG an anime that doesn't consist of teenagers or school kids. Wow. Amazing huh?
I already noticed Daikichi's unique thinking (intelligent if you may) right after he had a dream. He followed up with continuous thought of the dream. In any other anime he would've went "oh well" like an oblivious idiot like in most other anime.
Rin's character is strongly shown through the comparison of the other girl, Reina. While Reina is loud and childish, Rin is mature and quiet. There even comes to a point where a comparison is shown.
Enjoyment: Loved the first episode, can't wait for more, seems very interesting. Need I say more?
Overall: If you're looking for a shounen, what on earth are you reading this for? go watch Sacred Seven or the second season of Nurarihyon no Mago. If you're looking for something that makes your heart all warm in an unexplained way and just simple, laid back, but meaningful, you've come to the right place.
Since I have to select an Overall score, I'll make it 9. Since it would be cheesy to give anything a 10 for the first episode.

This is a review based on the first episode (obviously):
I'm hoping whatever I type here will help people who are in the middle of deciding if this anime is worth it or not. I could just put in "just watch it" and that's it, but I'd rather not. I don't know if this has a manga (it should) and if it does, I haven't read it.... so this is based on the anime only.
I'm leaving out character and enjoyment as both, to me, refer to character development of the whole anime and enjoyment refers to how I enjoyed the anime, both which I won't
...
do as it's just the first episode so there are still characters who haven't been introduced and more episodes have a high chance of changing the level of enjoyment.
Story: -
I'm not going to give this any rating as its only the first episode, but just gonna rant on a bit on what I've witnessed.
There's nothing that I haven't seen before. Guy gets power, monster attacks, guy fights monster and defeats it. Though generic, it was pretty cool. It's not as if the action was hesitated for later episodes or anything.
It was pretty much this.... but covered in terminology specific to the anime. But basically.. that's what happened. I do think they may have put a bit too much terminology in for the first episode, and I found it a bit hard to follow. But that could just be me being slow.
When Alma (main protagonist) first showed his powers, I was excited for some story where he has to deal with this insanity or something along those lines... but then it was killed quickly as that power was erased and replaced with something of a digimon/megaman ripoff.
Art: 5
What disappointed me was the art in this anime. I don't know if it was just the style or whatever, but to me it looked like something out of a 2006 anime. Which isn't too bad... but if you compare it to the other eye-candy anime that came out this year... this one is definitely at the bottom. That being said, I still put up with it.
-Edit, this might have just been the quality I watched in, checked up on a better quality one, it does look pretty good, but I've still seen better. Think I'll give it a 6.
Sound: 5
The fact that I didn't notice anything spectacular while watching says something. But it IS just the first episode. So maybe something might catch my attention later. So I'm giving it a 5 as a "default" thing for now.
Overall: 6
The first episode is alright. If you are looking for something promising with a serious and meaningful story, go somewhere else. I watched it out of curiousity and got let down, if you're really itching for a school/action anime, this is perfect.

Compared to the other movies, this one wasn't that good. I mean, as a movie or time killer its fine but it's nothing to get hyped up over. As usual Naruto being the main character runs around doing things his way like in every other movie. Theres nothing new here. Also the main female is NOT Naruto's mom. Naruto's mother's name is Kushina. This lady is Sara. They just look alike.
Story: 7/10
The concept of time travel is interesting itself. I mean, Naruto going back into time to meet Minato and a few others? Who wouldn't want to see that?. Unfortunately this hope was dropped a
...
little (tell you why soon) and is why it fell short of 8 for me.
This "present" Naruto and this "past" Minato barely ever collided timelines in conversation. I understand that during time travel, contact between past, present and future beings should avoid communication as much as possible in case of destroying space and time but I think they followed this concept too well to the point where you shouldn't even bother getting your hopes up over this idea.
I also feel like the story was a bit rushed in that they found the enemy too quickly and that the second half of the movie just consisted of everyone trying to defeat the bad guy.
Art: 8/10
The art was good. I like all the art in Naruto movies. Hell, I like anime movie art in general. But there is no jump of quality since the last movie. So whatever you saw there, its no different from this one.
Sound: 6/10
Sound was fine. Nothing memorable.
Character: 7/10
Characters were pretty good. Naruto being his charging forward self. I felt that there was a lack of focus on Minato though. I felt like the way they showed him made him look weak as the only move he uses in the entire movie is Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and his Flying Thunder God Technique via Flying Thunder God Kunai.
Enjoyment: 6/10
I enjoyed it as a time killer but compared it falls short of being on par with the other movies. Like every Naruto movie, Naruto pulls out a super-special-movie-only Rasengan. Yes, he does in this movie too. You will laugh at the name.
Overall: 7/10
The movie was good, not great, but good. I should also warn you, whatever you see in the trailer, forget it. Not once is the word "son" or "dad" or "father" used in the movie. The trailers lie. Also... either the enemy is very very powerful, or Naruto got weaker. He never even goes beyond 25-30 clones.
Btw... this is my first review.
