They are both gag Manga filled with imature humor. Though Ratchet and Clank have some instances of innuendo, they both still uses the same "poop", "gross out" and "butt" jokes as if it was the funniest thing ever created. If you can manage family friendly Manga meant for 6 years and up, go for it. If you like the games, it'll be a fun read.

These two manga has a lot in common, like the humor and storytelling. Instead of a amazing plotlines like Shounen titles usually have, these two only delivers crazy humor in almost every panel. Not to be taken serious, and not ment to either. Still very entertaining if you're into this sort of humor. Also, both released in the same magazine so.. win win! If you're looking for mindless fun, just to laugh yourself nearly dead, these two are perfect for you.

...then you might like Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! add

The first show that came to my mind when I watched this. A big Ecchi overdose is featured in Juuden-chan, lots of sexual references too and even H-similar tentacle scenes. They fit perfectly together. The only exeption here, is that instead of the main boy getting hit all the time, it's the girl. And with a baseball bat too! Good that they don't overdo the slapstick violence with lots of blood, like they do in Amaenaideyo XD Anyway, very similar, and a nice Anime to try if you liked the other one.
