Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu

Both are about game-making with somewhat similar protagonists. Also, Sakura is basically Yuuka. Inada is pretty similar to Teruha, too. And although both are pretty funny, D-Frag is more of a pure comedy, but Shoujo-tachi really gets into the struggles of making a game and keeping with the deadline, it gets serious when it wants to.

Rosario to Vampire

Both are fun harems that revolve around irregular monster girls. Both are hilarious and use a lot of simple sophomoric humor that'll make the child inside of you laugh out loud. Both feel kind of episodic and light. Both have great fan-service, not too heavy that they have to abandon the story, but not too light that it's not satisfactory; it's the perfect mix between plot and "plot". Both DO have a good amount of battles and action but do NOT depend heavily on them like most newer harems; therefore, are more of slice-of-life and less of action ones. Even the battles are so simplistic and easy to follow that they can be easily mistaken for adventurous encounters, which is, in my opinion, what makes these two shows stand out the most.

Both female MCs are cute and weird at the same time and they also have dark and short hair. Both have an interesting (uncomfortable for some) concept. Both are Seinen and are not for kids (+17). Both are School and Slice of Life. Both have a dark vibe. While Nazo no Kanojo X's ambiance may not seem like it, some find the repeated sunset, night, rain and dream scenes in it kind of dark.
