MoD is a 19 minutes OVA by Idea Factory. I watched this because I saw some people talk about it, so I decided to give it a watch to kill time. After I watched this I couldn't stop laughing at this awesome anime. I swear, if this was a comedy OVA I would definitely give it a 10.
First, let's start with the story. To put the story short, it's about Martians, known as Ancients, invanding the Earth and a team called AAST are trying to stop them. Something like that. The story was weird and confusing, but it was the best thing in this OVA,
...
and it's already bad. Oh and the plot twist in the end was so awesome I started to laugh, and I don't think that was the intention.
The art and animation was really bad for a 2005 anime. I've seen older anime that looks so much better than this. The animation is really bad, and so is the rest of the anime. The characters looks weird too. The effects are really bad, even I could draw better than that, and I'm bad at drawing.
The soundtracks are masterpieces. I really love classical music, including all soundtracks I heard in the background. They were all classical pieces by awesome classical composers. But, they put the music at the wrong place and the wrong scene. Can you imagine seeing a crappy fighting scene while hearing Moonlight Sonata in the background? Can you see the imagine in your head? It would be really, really bad. Even Beethoven couldn't save this anime.
The characters are all the same. They have no emotions. When three girls fighted the Ancients one of them got her head blown off. But those girls didn't even blink, let alone care. The only "emotional" scene was a flashback when the main character Takeru Hinata got forced by his Dad to wear this suit called MARS. When you're going to watch this, ask yourself "Can you feel the emotions?" Let me say something - I couldn't. I couldn't even see the differences between all these characters. The only difference was the hairstyle and the voices. Speaking of voices, the VA's are bad. Very bad. If VA's can voice people like that, even I would pass if I went to be a voice actor.
How much did I enjoy this? To be honest, I was really enjoying this. I laughed until I cried together with my sister, laughed the day after that and died when I thought about this awesome scene when the girl who got her head blown off was taken to the hospital by the other AAST members only to find out that she couldn't make it. Without the doctors not obvious at all reminder that "She's totally gone", they didn't know that a person who gets their head blown off wouldn't make it. Oh and dos disappointed faces when the doctor said that proves that they didn't know. Let me spoil a little more(You can skip to the next paragraph if you don't want to be spoiled). These girls in the AAST so-called specialists have trained alot to fight these Ancients. But guess what? They discovered that the bullets had no effect on the Ancients! And when a girl shot with another gun, she obviously missed, but the Ancient went down anyway. That's some magical guns I tell you. Those were only 2 of the scenes, yet I died.
Overall this is the best comedy OVA ever, I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to waste 19 minutes of their lives. Idea Factory can show you what a REAL bad anime is.

I thought I just had to write a review for Pupa.
Warning: May contain spoilers because if i didn't spoil, I can't say what I really, really want to say. Haha.
If you're reading this review you have probably already read some other reviews of this. If you haven't, then... Nothing much. xD
Plot 2/10:
This anime is about a brother and a sister, Hasegawa Utsutsu and Hasegawa Yume. One day, Yume sees a red butterfly and she turns into a monster that eats flesh. And Utsutsu turned into a guy who can't get killed even if his sister eats him. Or get killed.
Sounds interesting, doesn't it? Well too
...
bad it's not good. Not at all. I guess you can't expect anything from an 4 minutes anime but I expected it to be REALLY good. I was one of the many people who was looking forward for this anime. I got really disappointed. Story looks fine, but later it doesn't make any sense at all, nothing gets resolved and The End!
Everytime I watch an episode of Pupa, I always wonder if i've missed like 2 episodes.
If you don't believe it's really that bad, go ahead and watch episode 6. Consists of 2 minutes when they show you Yume eating her brothers flesh while saying "Onii-chan" like 16 times. Oh and not to forget "Niku" and "Oishi" too.
Art 3/10:
The art isn't really...good. The background looks like it's made with crayon pen. The reason I'm giving it a 3/10 is because I'm not too picky with the art. In some parts, it really looks pathetic.
They censor every single thing, even a knife in one episode and the next episode they didn't even bother to censor dead bodies. So normal knives are worse than dead bodies? Censor logic.
Animation is weird and so is the rest of the anime anyway but I'll write more about that below.
Sound 2/10:
Weird soundtracks in every friggin episode. It feels like they just made people compose some music and than they just put it somewhere in the episodes. It would've been better even without sound.
The seiyuu's are descent but everytime I hear Yume say Onii-chan I really just wanna slap her or something. Probably because of episode 6.
Character 1/10:
They're all so weird. Utsutsu have a sister-complex. Okay, you can have that but why don't you just buy some meat from the convience store? You let your sister eat yourself and you don't even seem to care.
And Yume, I feel bad for your poor Onii-chan. If you really wanna eat his flesh so much, at least cut off his hand and eat the hand than gicing him 100x as much pain.
And I laugh at how they don't even find a way to make her normal again, and I feel like Utsutsu is like "Yume, Onii-chan is a masochist so I want you to keep eating my flesh instead of you being normal again".
Enjoyment 1/10:
Didn't enjoy this at all. I couldn't even bring myself to laugh at this anime. And I didn't enjoy one single bit of it. Some episodes were decent but almost all of them were crap. I could write paragraphs and paragraphs about episode 6 and how I reacted to it. Seriously.
Overall 1/10:
One of the most pathetic anime I've watched. I don't even wanna call this an anime. I don't even know why I kept watching this until the last episode. Wish there was "I survived Pupa 2014"-shirts, I'm sure they would sell well. I woudn't recommend this to anyone, but if you really have like NOTHING to do and want to check out this MASTERPIECE done buy the awesome Studio DEEN, then go ahead and watch it. You'll waste 48 minutes of your life though.
Now thank you for reading and goodbye.

Sakura no Kimi is a one-shot manga with 16 pages. It's a short, but cute manga.
Story:
6/10
The story in this manga is about a girl, Inoue. She just started high school and that means three changes for her- First, she get to wear her hairstlye however she wants, she goes through Sakurazaka on her way to school and lastly, on that way, she passes this particular guy named Tenma-kun.
I think the story is quite cute actually. You pass by alot of people every day, but I think everyone notices a stranger more than any other strangers. That's what this is about(kinda). There's nothing really
...
to say about this, since it's short. Anyway read it and find out.
Art:
7/10
I think the art is quite pretty. Not the best, but pretty. Yamaguchi Miyuki has her own way to draw, just like everyone else. It's not that outstanding though.
Character:
7/10
They introduced 3(Actually 4) characters. The main character Inoue, Tenma-kun and X-chan. I think all characters are fine, they're like normal people and not so outstanding. That doesn't make them boring though.
Enjoyment:
7/10
This manga was only 16 pages long, but I enjoyed it though.
Overall:
7/10
Overall I liked this one-shot. Too bad it was too short, you can't really say much about it. It could've been longer, but I think it's fine as it is.
I recommend this to people who likes shoujo. But don't expect too much fluffy romance, since this is more like a mini story about life. And even if you don't like shoujo, you can read it anyway since it's not your typical fluffy shoujo(haha).

I am really into shoujo manga but this is the first time I'm seriously MADLY in love with a shoujo manga like this.
Story:
The story is about the 16 years old Naho, who receives a letter. The letter was from herself, 10 years from the future. As she reads on, the letter recites the events of the day. It also said that a boy will transfer to her class, named Kakeru.
Naho, her friends and Kakeru becomes good friends but after his first day in school, he was absent from school for 2 weeks.
Naho from the future stated that she has many, many regrets and she
...
wants to fix them by telling the 16 year old Naho to do the things the future Naho regretted not doing, most things regarding Kakeru. The future Naho wrote that she wanted the present Naho to watch closely over Kakeru, because then years later, Kakeru will no longer be with them.
This plot was what was interesting me to begin with. It is a really outstanding story and it makes you wanting to read it. The more you read, the more you love it. You'll just keep loving it more and more. Or at least, that was what happened to me.
10/10
Art:
The art is really cute and pretty, but it's not unique enough to give it a 10. I really like Takano Ichigo's way to draw though.
9/10
Character:
The characters are really great and they all have their own personality. The funny and outgoing Azusa, scary but really nice Takako, the nice and sporty Suwa, the emotionless but nice Hagi, the mother-like and nice Naho and the nice and sweet Kakeru.
They all get really along well and they all love each other. I like how they are so different(okay not really THAT different) but still getting along so well. Friendship is magic haha.
10/10.
Enjoyment:
I totally enjoyed this anime from beginning to where I am right now. It's a tragic but sweet manga with lots of emotions that can make you cry.
10/10
Overall:
Overall this is a really good shoujo manga and I totally loved this! Highly recommended. But prepare a tissue or something first.
9.5/10

When I watched some other works from PA Works, I really liked their way to draw so I started to get interested to RDG: Red Data Girl.
I didn't really look at the plot(I didn't like to do that back then) so I was rather surprised about the story. A shy girl being the last vessel of the Himegami based on the Shinto Legends. and i didn't know anything about Shinto.
But no I did not get disappointed, like some other users i've seen writing about this. It was really interesting but yeah, a little bit confusing.
The art is nothing I can complain about. It's really beautifully
...
drawn and the sceneries are great. I fell in love with the art. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. it gave off a really relaxing feeling.
The sound was really awesome. I liked all the OSTs and the opening and ending was awesome. Izumiko's voice in ep.3, ep.5 and ep.7 was so pretty. The song was relaxing. I have never complained about the sound when watching the anime from PA Works.
The characters are well-designed, really pretty. But not so unique i would give it a 9 or 10.
I really enjoyed this anime. This is one of the best spring 2013 anime in my opinion.
But I understand why people disliked this. Too rushed and too confusing.
I read the manga and novel after watching this, and i noticed they skipped out ALOT of details. It would have been so much better with more episodes than 12. It wasn't enough and they skipped out explanations and all kind of things. A little bit disappointing, i would say ^^.
Overall, this anime was really good but I feel like the romance was a little... weird?(not the right word)
I mean it felt like Miyuki just suddenly was like "oh so apparently i like her" or it's just me missing something. The novel had more romance on. xD
This anime is worth watching unless you hate getting confused.
I'll give this anime a 9/10. I was thinking of giving it an 8 but it really is worth a 9.
By the way, my bad for making no sense ._.
