Code Geass and Neon Genesis Evangelion are both high quality, riveting, mecha anime. Both series deal with politics, warfare, and psychology. They both discuss subjects such as human nature, the meaning of life and happiness, and sorrow and insanity. Both anime have fantastic soundtracks, great voice acting, and beautiful, sharp artwork. Both anime also contain much symbolism, some drawing its roots from religious symbols (although this is much more prevalent in Evangelion). Both of these anime have very memorable characters and great development. *Both are highly recommended.

...then you might like Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica add

Madoka Magica is commonly called 'the Evangelion of mahou shoujo', and reasonably so. Both are dark deconstructions of their respective genres that deal heavily with psychology, and human nature. Both feature haunting, beautiful musical scores that are highly expressive. They also both contain much symbolism, much of which is based on religious (mostly Christian) backgrounds, though there's much more in Evangelion. They also both have beautiful and sometimes blood-curdling artwork. The lead characters (Madoka and Shinji) share some similarities as well. *Both are highly recommended.

...then you might like Kuroshitsuji add

In both of these series, the protagonist is a person of high status who is proficient in chess and mind games. Both Lelouch and Ciel are driven by their hatred and make a contract with a supernatural being to fulfill their goals. Their contractors are also similar in some ways. If Sebastian was female, I suppose he would be a lot like C.C. Sebastian and C.C. both commonly make playful jabs at their contractors throughout the two series, and hold high importance in keeping their contractors alive. Lizzie and Shirley are also a bit similar. These series are also both set in British settings (although the Britain in Code Geass is futuristic whereas Kuroshitsuji is set in the Victorian Era) and deal with politics in some way or form (Code Geass much more so). They can also both have very dark moments as well as very comedic ones, and fair amounts of fanservice (for both the ladies and the men). Both of these series have ambiguous endings that require you to watch the second season/series for a true conclusion.

...then you might like FlashBack add

Perfect Day and FlashBack are both animated music videos. They both have breathtaking visuals, heartfelt lyrics, and large amounts of symbolism. Perfect Day is much more low key than FlashBack, and not as angsty. FlashBack is rock while Perfect Day is more of a slower pop song.

Docchi and Steam Trap are both ecchi trap manga with androgynous boys who are forced to crossdress. Both manga have very slight implied relationships although Steam Trap's is implied shounen-ai while Docchi has an implied heterosexual relationship. Both manga have notable ecchi and attractive looking characters.

Otomegokoro no Jiyuugata and Docchi are both trap manga with very androgynous, cute boys who were forced to crossdress by a female. Docchi, however, contains more ecchi than Otomegokoro no Jiyuugata. Both of these manga have attractive, cute artwork. Docchi is a oneshot.

...then you might like Boku no Otouto no Kawaisa wa Ijou add

Both of these manga are trap manga in which a boy crossdresses. In Otomegokoro no Jiyuugata, the main character crossdresses due to his sibling. This is the same for Boku no Otouto no Kawaisa wa Ijou, but more indirectly. Both manga are very cute and short with attractive artwork.

Nanatsuiro Drops and Puchi Puri Yuushi both have cute, 'fluffy' settings with magic as a theme. They also both focus on romance, although the romance is more prevalent in Nanatsuiro Drops. Both of the main characters in these series have to deal with "rivals" who are sometimes viewed by the main character as friends and overcome emotional struggles as well as physical ones.

Both of these manga are about a young boy who is forced to crossdress by a relative. The protagonist in both is earnest, hard-working and very cute. The artwork in both of the manga are high quality, professional and, as everything else, very cute. They also both have the trap theme to them.

If you liked Fruits Basket add

...then you might like Kitchen no Ohimesama add

Kitchen Princess and Fruits Basket are both about orphans who are very hard working and kind. Both of these manga include love triangles and alot of the characters are similar. Both of these manga include psychological drama and some tragedy but are also very uplifting at times. But Fruits Basket is more of a fantasy and Kitchen Princess deals with more realistic matters.

+/- Junkie and Fall In Love Like a Comic both tell the story of a young schoolgirl who falls in love for the first time. Both of these manga have very cute storylines and artwork and are relatively short.

Both of these manga are based on Lewis Caroll's Alice In Wonderland but are more bloody retellings. Also, these both contains humanized, bishounen versions of most of the non-human characters and both have an feeling of darkness. They both have unique comedy that's slightly macabre. Both of these manga were also adapted from games.

Both of these manga are about androgynous young boys who want to crossdress. These manga are also both in set a school setting and are very short one shots.

Both Othello and Peach Girl contain and lot of drama, backstabbing and romance. They both deal with the subject of bullying and the art style of both are similar.

Kuroshitsuji and Shinigami Doggy both involve contracts between a young boy and older male. Both of these manga include the supernatural and a dark atmosphere.

Both Sougiya Ridoru and Shinigami Doggy involve younger boys who get involved in a contract with young men in order to achieve a goal. They both deal with similar topics (undertakers and shinigami) and have slightly dark atmospheres. Also, some of the characters act the same at certain times (Shin's actions towards Ren are sometimes like Riddle's actions towards Hayato).

...then you might like Sougiya Riddle add

Both of these manga involve a younger, shota-like character and an older, bishounen character. Also, in both of these manga, the younger male has made a contract with the older. At certain times, even the characters act similarly and both artists have a similar art style. There are bishounen and cute little boys in both. Although Kuroshitsuji is set in Victorian London and Sougiya Ridoru is set in more modern times, Sougiya Riddle still has Victorian-style undertones. Plus, overall, both manga have a dark/Gothic feel to them.

Both Pandora Hearts and Kuroshitsuji deal with servants and their masters. In both of these, the master is a (in the words of Sharon from Pandora Hearts) "shota" type and the servants are "bishounen". Both of the masters in these series have a dark auras to them at times (although Oz seems nicer than Ciel at first glance) and both of these series involve contracts plus lots of bishounen. These manga both have dark/Gothic atmostpheres to them and both are set in a European setting.
