The anime adaptation of One Piece is a VERY long one, And i'd understand why some of you wouldn't watch it because it's around 1100 episodes at the time of writing this, But i recommend that you should at least watch the show before completely making up your mind. Regardless on your tastes, You will find it enjoyable to watch.
The story is quite simple and easy to digest, which is good since it was targeted towards younger audiences, But keep in mind that stories can be simple but still be a good story. And i wouldn't really mind if a person in their 20's were ... a fan of OP, i don't judge. The show is meant to be entertaining and a lot of the time it does entertain me whenever i watch it, But the stories go quite slow, Especially the Skypiea arc (and apparently also the post time-skip arcs), It had me dropping the anime multiple times but i did manage to watch all of it since i'm not the type to skip arcs.
It's a 7/10.
The animation has come a long way since 1999, There are many well-animated highlights in the latter parts of the anime, But we shouldn't forget the pre-timeskip animation aswell. If we put the animation all together and i had to rate it, It's probably a 8/10.
The artstyle is quite unique, having a cartoonish-like style to it. I like it, But there are some problems, especially when it comes to the women. They're either: 1. Slender with a large chest, or 2. Horizontally challenged.
One Piece is LOOOOOONG. Apparently especially the post-time skip arcs. It's my biggest problem with the anime, And even if you decide to read or watch using One Pace instead, it feels very drawn out.
The characters are very memorable, And i really like the straw-hat pirates and the humor, Especially my favorite brave straw hat pirate, Captain Usopp!!! They all have big dreams that they really want to follow, Like Luffy wanting to find the One Piece to become king of the pirates, or Sanji wanting to find the all blue.
However, Monkey D. Luffy, the main protagonist of the show, Is a stereotypical thick-skulled person, just like other old-gen animanga protags, like Son Goku or Naruto. And usually uses a lot of the same moves, It's something that i didn't mind when i was new to anime back in 2023, but once i've watched many other shows and broadend my taste, It's quite frustrating to watch having Luffy do dumb decisions. And it's not just Luffy that i have the problem with, It's a lot of the straw-hat pirates that i have a problem with. 8/10
The Soundtrack is very nice and memorable, I think it's one of the best parts of the anime. It's not super breathtaking by any means, but it'll make you feel nostalgia. 9/10
The worldbuilding is where it really shines, Based on what i've watched, It takes inspiration from both real-life locations, fairy tales and more. i.e. Water 7 is based on Venice, Italy while Skypiea is based on stories like Jack and the Beanstalk. It's quite creative. 9/10

Bleach is one of the Shonen Jump "Big 3", along with One Piece and Naruto. The concept of Bleach is very interesting, but has been pulled off with mixed feelings, mainly because of Studio Pierrot, the animation studio behind Bleach's anime adaptation.
The story starts off slow but introduces you about the world of Bleach and different types of characters such as Soul Reapers, Quincies and Hollows. And the Soul Society arc really makes the story engaging and brings forth some iconic lines that you've probably heard in social media. The anime has A LOT of filler, around 45-50%!? And some of the filler arcs aren't ... even that good! (*cough cough* Bount arc), as expected from Pierrot, So you'll have to either put up with that while watching, or you can just read the manga, But you'll be missing out on some very good parts of the anime.
The animation overall can be a pretty mixed bag. Again, as expected from Studio Pierrot (Before Bleach TYBW). At worst it has some mediocre, even bad looking animation with low frame rates, But it also has some highlights that are exceptionally good looking even to this day.
But the soundtrack is very nice, It has lots of music that matches the atmosphere of the situation at play and some songs that really stood out to me that i especially liked was "Going Home", "Number One" and "On the precipice of defeat".
I have been bashing Studio Pierrot a lot with this anime adaptation, But keep in mind they made the Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War arcs have really blown my expectations, But this review is about the original.
The anime has many shortcomings but overall because of how good the plot and soundtrack is, I say it's a smooth 7/10, You'll have to try it atleast once, Don't judge a book by it's cover. Yes, I'm talking to *you*, One piece/naruto fans.

Dragon Ball Daima is a new Dragon Ball TV series that fans of the franchise have been waiting for since 6 years ago.
The animation and sound design + soundtrack is great, As expected from the animators of One Piece. The plot may be somewhat simple, But it expands on Dragon Ball Z after the Majin Buu saga and introduces us to a new world that Goku and (some) of his companions are unfamiliar with. This anime's story happens between Dragon Ball Z and Super.
I like the fact about how the anime goes back into it's martial arts roots that the original Dragon Ball had and ... some of it's other elements was passed on to Daima as well, It low-key brings a sense of nostalgia.
9 episodes in and it's pretty great! Can't wait to see what Toei is gonna cook. 7/10
