In Karakai they openly challenge each other to games where the looser has to do something for the winner while in Love is war they indirectly challenge each other to get the other person to confess their love to them, In Karakai, the girl wins pretty much all the time since she's the "Teasing Master" and the guy is kind of an idiot but in love is war they're both geniouses so it can go either way, though the girl gets her way most of the time since she's deceivous and goes a bit further to win while the guy is a bit more rightous since he's a good, hard-working guy from a poor family while the girl comes from a rich family. The big difference the two shows have is lack of characters in Karakai in comparison to love is war. The main focus in Karakai is the guy and the girl and while other characters show up it's not much. But in love is war they got 4 mains who have great chemistry with each other which gives the dialouges a lot more variety. Something both shows has a lot in common is perfect voice acting. Takagi must have the most wholesome voice I've ever heard, when she laughs you just have to smile. And if you know about japanese voice actors, just seeing Yuki Kaji should tell you that it's gonna be good. The voice acting in love is war is a bit more intense at times, hard to explain but you'll know what I mean when you hear it. All 4 mains sounds perfect, the VA who voices Chika from love is war even voices one of the trio girls from Karakai. Enjoyability from both show gets a 10/10

Both shows are Isekais where MC dies and reincarnates in a world with magic, both MC has lived in the forest all their life without going out in the world. In Kenja no mago MC has met no more than around 7 people in his life but in Kami-tachi he has only known slimes all his life. They both don't know what the common sense is in the new world that they're in thanks to living apart from society, meaning they don't know that they are strong becuase they think what they're doing is something other people can do. People close to the MC gets shocked every time he does something amazing that they never thought was possible. Kami-tachi doesn't really focus on a plot like Kenja no mago as there's no evil beings they have to fight. The biggest difference between the shows would be that in Kenja no Mago, MC gets lots of friends of his age (he's 15) but in Kami-tachi he's surrounded by adults and only has one friend his age (he's 11) which is a girl. It doesn't necessarily make it bad though cause they are fun and likeable to watch. Only 2 episodes released thus far so other characters his age might pop up.

Both anime has a harem that's obssesive for the MC and never hates the MC unless he pays attention to another girl. IS's harem is a bit more aggressive than Maji's. The MC from IS is a fighter while the MC from Maji is a strategists and doesn't fight. Both MCs has an older sister. The sister is considered one of the strongest in the world at whay they do, in IS she's not just a teacher and doesn't fight and in Maji she fights constantly. In Maji they're not actually siblings but just calls each other sister and brother, she's also part of the harem (kinda) and in IS they're siblings but nothing romantic going on. In IS the MC is the only other male in the show since he's in an all girls school and in Maji there's both males and females.

Wise man’s grand child (gonna call it wmgc) is basically an upgraded version of In another world with my smartphone imo. Not gonna get into every single detail to avoid spoilers. - In wmgc the MC Shin is reborn as a baby and is raised in the woods for 15 years by his grandpa and learns about magic in this new world. But thanks to being raised in the woods his whole life, his grandpa forgot to teach him common sense and to make friends of his age. So he doesn’t know this world’s common sense in terms of how people live there and what kind of magic everyone can do. - Like Touya, Shin still has his memories from earth, which he uses to his advantage since he can visualize magic that people from the current world he is in can’t do, which is mainly the reason he is ridicilously OP. - Wmgc is also a romance anime but it’s not a harem like Smartphone, which was a really good decision since Shin and the main female Sicilen are very cute and wholesome to watch. - I also find the plot enjoyable, easy to follow and understand, not gonna go much into it. - The comedy is what I enjoyed the most about this show, the characters interacting with each other is 10/10, they never fail to give me a laugh. MAL may say that there’s only 3 main characters but you could say there’s like 10 main characters since everyone gets pretty much the same screen time
