JUST A QUICK ADVICE
WATCH THIS BEFORE THE MOVIE
The order you watch both this OVA and Movie will change your perspective on the Main Character.
I am so glad that I listend to a random youtuber's advice to watch the OVA before the movie and it might've been the wrong intentions of the author but you will understand everything about the movie more clearly without massive spoilers and because the movie will be a great end to this watch order because of the good ending while if you watch this OVA last, you will only see his depressing struggles with no reward.

Might be a real stretch but this anime kinda follows the same moral similarly with the film "Whiplash".
A guy who gets better everytime he is discouraged, rejected and humiliated, to strive to become even more better no matter how harsh and cruel it might be, When his teachers did see potential in him they thought he was discouraged after his last rejection, but similarly the only way to survive and get better or stronger is to have the determination of what the greats have, like how in this anime is the ideal hero who never backs down, it is because they are harsh, their determination ...

Re:CREATOR is one of the if not the best anime concepts ever made, a story of stories colliding and characters that are too far even genre apart characters meet and interact with each other is almost a genre on its own. Concept and characters already exceeding a 10/10 limit but this is also where the show's weakness shows (pun intended) the rest of the shows fundamentals are overshadowed causing not the best execution of connecting them like the pacing and the dialogue on power systems were basically useless because there were no power system but its also because making a power system in this concept ...

This is a very unexpected underrated anime, I expect anime like these that seems like overrated and not even that good but that was the complete opposite.
Its like they turned the absolute cliche fantasy royalty romance stuff into vliche yet not cliche fantasy royalty romance stuff, like that cantbe possible and still remain entertaining with a great hook. I dont know how they made that possible even if it still got those cringe dumb anime elements yet it feels just enough to feel meaningful. Idk know man this anime is just so unexpected I just clicked it because the conceot literally just looks like a youtuber ...

This was straight up boring on the first 3 episodes I dropped the series 3 times and after watching it as just a time killer, it turned out to be pretty ok.
Anyways this anime should be treated as a slice of life, time killer anime theres some really good bits and pieces of drama but in the end you will only see them on the later episodes. I found it boring because I expected more and did not treat it like this. You might be confused with one of those anime where they makes you watch an entire only slice of life with pure comedy ...

This is one of those anime where they give the generic rom com and sometimes straight up goofy cringe lighthearted stuff then they suddenly hit you with a truck, thats all you need to know so this an anime you must not drop immediately because it takes patience.
This might seem generic but the story turned out to be really cool and they handled the ending also really good which most of these types of anime dont do or more like this is the first anime ive seen that handled an ending with its type of anime. But I guarantee you the first half might be bad ... |
