Both of these animes feature a group of cute girls, their main focus is humor, and use various references.

If you liked Sword Art Online add

...then you might like Log Horizon add

Log Horizon and Sword Art Online have similar base concept (stuck in a MMORPG)s, which differ just by a little spice - one is Virtual Reality MMORPG, the other is just a basic MMORPG. The main difference between them is that while Log Horizon is more serious, action-filled and mature (it goes pretty deep at parts), Sword Art Online is lightweight, more romance than action-focused, and suitable for younger audiences. If you felt like Sword Art Online had little action and/or was too lightweight, but loved the concept, try Log Horizon If you felt like Log Horizon was somewhat difficult to follow, and/or are asking for more romance, but want to keep the concept, try Sword Art Online. And in the end, if you just care about the overmentioned concept of being stuck in a MMORPG, try them both at once.

...then you might like Katekyou Hitman Reborn! add

Both these series are really long series which are not repetitive nor boring in any way, and don´t have that much fillers. As I am not that much of a fan of long anime series, I must say both these series made it high into my favourites, D.Gray-man ranking first and Hitman Reborn second. And what´s similar between these two animes except for that they´re both interesting shonen? Firstly, they both can be serious and humorous at the same time, while KHR is more humorous, DGM is more serious, though the difference is small. Also, the artstyle - it has been a bit off to times (DGM case)/ bad at beggining (KHR case), but was outstanding for a shonen in the end. Then, the affection to fujoshi - Both of these animes have lots of bishonen to couple up. xD

...then you might like Ao no Exorcist add

Kokuchi are possesing human bodies and powering them up in Monochrome Factor, as demons are doing that to people in Ao no Exorcist....It seems similar. xD

If you liked Trinity Blood add

...then you might like D.Gray-man add

Both of these animes are slightly religion-ish, and have epic fights with a strong emotional side included. (ep. 10). Although I have not seen all of Trinity Blood yet, I feel a similarity to D.Gray-man of it. (This anime might get a high rating later on)
