Not being much of a manga reader, that's the first I've heard of Pluto. Reading the synopsis and looking at the art, it looks really interesting. Scrolling through some of the pictures I half expected Johan's creepy face to make an appearance. Fingers crossed for an anime adaptation then.

Since I haven't read Monster I'm a bit oblivious to any of its shortcomings compared to the manga, but I still consider it among the best series I've seen.

Exciting, is that still in Adelaide?
Er, not a whole lot anime-wise. I watched an episode of the new series 'Gangsta' the other day. That looks semi-promising. It's a bit like Black Lagoon. But I picked up a subscribtion to Netflix a few weeks ago so I've mainly been watching 'Firefly' which is awesome.
It was some experience. I really enjoyed it. In a lot of ways it sent me back to the late 90s-early 00s when I was first watching DBZ. I feel silly now thinking back to how long I put it off. The cover art and the shounen tag gave me the impression that is was going to be a bit childish. I feel a bit lost/empty now. You'll be feeling that soon so.....enjoy :)
