Ishida to Asakura and Sakigake!! Cromartie Koukou are abnormally hilarious and crazy anime. If you want to get high using legal (anime) drugs, both of them will provide you with a fresh and decent dose. Also, these shows feature rough and serious-looking guys who do or talk about incredibly stupid things. I must say that in my opinion, Cromartie is much more random and funny than Ishida to Asakura, but the later is definitely worth a watch, if you like gag humor and randomness.

Both School Rumble and Cromartie are extremely funny and random; only for that they both are definitely worth more than one watch! Also, both of the anime have bullies and thugs as central plot element. And, Harima Kenji (the male protagonist) is very like many of the main characters in Cromartie. He is a silly, weird-ass bully, who acts seriously while doing absolutely stupid things, just like ALL of the characters in Cromartie! And that's what makes those "bullies" so hilarious!

Katte ni Kaizou

Both Nichijou and Katte ni Kaizou have a fast-paced, random and crazy humor which is filled with parodies and references to the Japanese culture. Even though Nichijou's funny scenes are almost completely non-sexual and Katte ni Kaizou's jokes are mostly sexual, whoever liked one of them will probably enjoy the other one too. Also, the drawings are minimalistic in both of these series (maybe because they wanted to give the viewers the feeling that they're reading the manga instead of watching the anime), and their OP's and ED's are (almost) equally magnificent.

Both stories are about the activity in a school's literature club. Both of the clubs solve some kind of minor mysteries, some of them have happened several years ago. If Bungaku Shoujo was a TV series, I'm sure it would have been even more similar to Hyouka. Some of the characters in those anime are very much alike. 1. The main heroines in those anime, Eru and Touko, are very similar, in looks, in their goals and character. 2. The protagonists, Hotarou and Konoha are both talented, but they don't realize it, talk about it or try to use their talents by their own initiative. They also look similar, and have the same role in the anime. 3. In addition, in both anime the creators were focused on the character design and unique behavior of recurring characters with very small roles in the story.
