This is amazing. 9/10 if I tried to be more objective.
It is basically set in a dystopian future, but, the kind of dystopian future that writers came up with in the 80s, 90s e.g., Akira. It is a treat! Also, compared to most anime from the 90s cyberpunk is actually interesting.
Take for instance the movie "Ghost in the shell". Nice esthetics right? But except from some great scenes, the movie was slow, boring and nerdily explanatory. I mean it has a big fanbase but the fans probably wouldn't even be furious about what I am writing because they are all under antidepressants, they won't
...
even read this far.
Anyhow, Cyberpunk is actually very interesting and quick paced, although I would not recommend watching it in one day because, like other dystopian stories, it is pretty dark too. Nonetheless, the story is easily followed.
The main characters are fine, I would say they mostly support the great story and atmosphere of the anime. Nothing exceptional but still good enough
Animation and production: Amazing work by the animators, I did not research anything before writing this, but I hope they got paid for this. It was a little too flashy and colorful in some action scenes but that's Trigger for you :).
The music used for Cyberpunk captures exactly the vibe of the story that is being told.
I am giving this a 7/10 because I enjoyed it alright, but it was still too dark for my taste. If this was not the case, as I said in the begging, it would be a solid 9/10.

Wol'f rain: i'll start by saying that i started the anime on march 16th and finished it on 10th of april almost 1 month, and that is because that anime was sooo boring in many episodes
STORY: the story was good in many parts but it has many holes many questions that must be revealed, e.x. How did Darcia(the main antagonist) got this power that he make every one goes fade ?
also you see in 17th second that Kiba(the white wolf, and the protagonist) runs in a solid ground and in front of him there is sea and in 25th second he runs in
...
the snow[EPISODE19], i guess he must be fast. and there are many scenes like this all over the anime that was an example.
Ferthermore... the wolfs can transform in to humans, a brown wolf gets brown hair when he becomes human a black wolf gets black hair etc.. But Kiba is a white wolf... WHY THE HELL DOES THAT GUY HAS BLACK HAIR ??
Also i never thought i'd say this but, this anime needs more flashbacks... ok don't shoot me i'll explain. At the end of the anime all i got is many questions on the main character's past (e.x. Toboe, Tsume), Why where they in the city? what made them be in the city?.
The protagonst says that he will not give up on his pride by transforming into human in the 1rst episode but on other episodes we watch him transforming as a human with no problem at all even when he is alone
When a wolf transforms into a human he/she gets clothes from nowhere, and when he returns to his/her original form the clothes are vanished.. WTF?
ART: the art the animation and all that were not that bad for 2003, but it was no good either.
SOUND: i realy liked some soundtracks and the opening was good but some others were not good at all, boring i'd say at some points, battle sounds are well made
CHARACTER: the funny part about characters is that they weren't so bad, but those characters, we've seen them in many animes even before wolf's rain was made.
and that protagonist character was trash, 1rst of all he looks like he was made for a shoujo manga he's like a model, he is arrogant, he is the annoying type of kid that thinks that he only has problems.
ENJOYMENT: at the end of the day, it was quite enjoyable, those final 7 episodes were so well done, i'd watch them again. But those episodes in the begging were quite boring, and even if something something interesting were to happen i coudn't bring my self to enjoy it

Berserk: Ougon Jidaihen III: First word that comes to my mind when i here this title is RAPE or TOO MUCH SEX or something like that, ok i get it all this sex seens hapend in the manga but that was over the top.
as i was watching killings and such in one seen... "POP" 2-3mins of Guts "loving" Casca, if i was in for that stuff at the moment i would most likely watch hentai instead
STORY: perfect story it is Berserk after all but i explained earlier that they kinda like overdid some seens
ART: the art is great the animation's perfect BUT this
...
CGI thing got into my nerves... nothing else here moving forward.
SOUND: Plainly AWFUL, awful soundtracks, awful time and place of the soundtracks, there were even times that i was like "now they'll play an amazing soundtrack" and no soundtrack at all was heard.
CHARACTER: nothing to say here i see no change from the original Berserk.
ENJOYMENT: there were some disturbing seens but in the end i can't say that i didn't enjoy it, as i said awesome animation and good battles, drama splatter
yes it was enjoyable, but it was also the worst of the 3 movies for me.
