I began chronologically viewing anime in the fourth grade, with Fairy Tail. Yes, like the majority of people, I started on action as my main genre, which I continued to do for over two years (Pokemon, Naruto, Attack on Titan, Tokyo Ghoul, you name it), before gradually shifting to romance in general.

Why did I say generally? There are many different types of romance in the romance genre, but I naturally started out with romcoms, then I grew to enjoy those with a little drama, and finally I stumbled upon the Smut and Josei genre, which I really like (because this genre tends to focus more on mature relationships, which I'm all for)

Since anime doesn't offer a lot of romance, manga is now my primary source. In the romance genre, I adore stories whose main characters have at least begun dating after five to ten chapters and have worked hard to maintain the trust in their relationship. As I said in one of my reviews, "Boy asserting his Dominance and Girl giving him assurance is picture perfect."
