I would recommend this if you're looking for something unique and realistic, about teenagers. The initial setting is really unique and mysterious. It uses a lot of anime/manga tropes and opens up a lot of interesting possibilities, which sets you up for high expectations.
Small spoiler (?) : I'll be honest, a lot of those expectations do not come true, because this series tries to be as down-to-earth as possible. Of course you'll get those drama-like timings/situations and unique character designs, but personality-wise they are very real and natural people.

I feel like I need to represent the people who gave it a shot and enjoy this show. Sure, this series starts off with typical cheap rom-com vibes, but over the next episodes it begins to stand out from other ones in a good way. It keeps surprising me and making me interested.

Sooo... I don't usually do this, but I can't sit still for this one.
I thought that this manga was AMAZING! At my stage in manga reading, I'm a bit tired of the typical shonen style stories with typical training arcs and villains that are too overdone. This manga however, starts off as one but doesn't end as one. At the beginning, the events that occured, even without the atypical shonen developments, really set a good premise for the story.
