The story is set in South Korea, where we meet our main character who works at a convenience story, Yeo Eui Joon. He's your typical college student, and he wants to quit this job as soon as possible because of the dangerous work environment (a lot of gangsters frequent this store). However, he feels tied to that place because he gets payed a lot more than usual. Then, he meets Bum Geon Woo (aka ahjussi) who is a gangsters and starts going there daily, and that's how their story begins.
I want to make this review as spoiler-free as possible, hence why the simple introduction
...
to the story. I gave this series a 5/10 because I do not see what other people see in this. Other than fanservice and wholesome moments here and there, it really doesn't feel like a proper thought-out story. I'd say the story was maybe a 6.5/10 by the end of season 2. However, by season 3 the author completly messed up. There's a huge time skip of 3 years between season 2 and season 3 where a lot happens (and a lot of the events that happen during this time skip are really important for the main character) and it feels like certain moments of the story that were very important for the main character were disregarded or just lightly mentioned in the beginning of season 3 which felt incredibly dull. Not only that, (minor spoiler ahead) but the two characters were split up at the end of season 2 and haven't seen each other for 3 years. Then, on the first or second chapter of the third season they meet again by coincidence and they start talking like nothing happens, one of them invites himself into the other's house and next thing you know, they're having sex yet again. All these events that the author wants to make us care for are not portrayed that way by the characters at all. It just feels like empty words.
In other words, the plot is incredibly bad, cliché and doesn't make a whole lot of sense. As I said before, the author writes events that are supposed to be really important and big, but the way they're written through characters it's almost like they're very meaningless.
I also think it's worth mentioning that one should judge certain social aspects of this story through the lens of the culture of the country of this story. I don't think there's anything specifically hard to understand on this one, but I always like to remind everyone of it.
Also, this story has a lot of sex. Like a lot. Which is to be expected of a BL, but it felt like everything lead to sex. Not a complaint, just something I felt like I should include in my review.
So, what are the good things about this series? The art is definitely one, the art is beautiful and without a doubt the artist is incredibly talented on that regard. The panels are nicely done and the conversations are easy to follow.
To conclude, I don't think I'll remember this story for a long time. I recommend it if you like the way the caracters look and want to watch them have uncopious amounts of sex and wholesome moments between them, because other than that, there really isn't much here when it comes to a nicely put out story and plot.

I read the first chapter of this series when it first came out on Viz. As soon as it dropped, I was ready to read it and get a feel for a fresh new series. However, what I got was mixed feelings on top of fixed feelings...
To say the first chapter felt incredibly rushed is an understantement. It is rushed as hell. So much so people thought it was a one shot. And to be honest, I think the series would've been a better one shot than the mess it turned into.
Read the first chapter for an okay oneshot experience, a 6, maybe 7/10.
...
Everything else just crumbles apart. If I hadn't put as much time as I did into this series I would seriously just drop it, but I'm curious to see how much crazier it turns.
I think the chapters afterwards feel repetitive and the main character is annoying. There's also this circlejerk going on that keeps reminding you of how great the main character is and... ugh... I can't take it anymore.
I'll keep reading so you don't have to and if it gets better I'll make sure to edit my review, but as of now I would not recommend this series.

Okay hear me out, this is a great manga and the story just draws you in so well! BUUUUTTTT do not start reading it right now! There hasn't been any updates in so long, I first started reading this in middle school and 5 years later, THERE'S STILL NOT MUCH!! If you know any place where I can read this or even purchase it outside of Japan, please do let me know because I've been so desperate to read the rest!
I really hope we get more updates soon, every couple of months I come to check it in only to find out
...
there isn't much.

I finished reading this manga a few months ago so the details are not super clear in my head, but I think the manga reaches a point where everything starts happening super fast and the story no longer becomes clear.
The author kills characters like he changes his underwear and it got me really confused. I would say half the manga is really good and the other half is just terrible.
The ending was utterly disappointing. I heard the author had some family issues and that's why he had to wrap it up sooner and maybe that's why the manga feels so
...
rushed up until a certain point.

This is a quiet small but nice read. This is one of my favorite BL books I've ever read, and I'll always cherish it.
This book tells the story of two male high schoolers who share a the common hobby of watching movies. And from there, their relationship develops. This book will keep you hooked until the very last page, adding a little plot twist to the mix which I very much appreciated and wasn't really expecting.
The art is really nice, and the dialog boxes are easy to follow.
There's not much else to add, stop reading this review and
...
go read it ASAP!

This book is without a doubt one of the best BL I've ever read.
I'm not going to get too much into the story itself, because I do not want to spoil it, but this story is very wholesome, the characters seem pretty down to earth and the scenery and environment where this story happens is amazing and comforting.
This manga is about the story of two male adults, and how their relationship develops along the story. It is a very refreshing and relaxing BL to read. In a lot of BL's, usually the characters go through destructive means to accept their sexuality and
...
more often than not, hurt their other significant other. This manga does not do that, and that is very nice to see. Although they face some obstacles, in the end, they're able to be on the same page.
The art is very nice, very smooth and easy to understand.
Although the manga is fairly small (only 1 volume with 7 chapters), it completes itself in a way that you don't feel as if something else had to be added, with a really nice ending. Well, I guess it wasn't really an ending since the author wrote a continuation of this story which is also 1 volume with 7 chapters, called Restart wa Onaka wo Sukasete, which is also very good.
If you're looking for a very wholesome couple and a light read, I'd 100% recommend this book.
