I am obsessed with this manga! I usually don't like yandere ML, but Shinpei-sama is an exception. I want him to be obsessed with me! So hot! I binged read all 33 chapters in less than a day! Great art, plot, and dynamics between the couple. Def recommend! I hope this series receives more popularity. I NEED MORE CHAPTERS!

It is a really unique series where the FL is a terminally ill rich daughter of a well known family and the ML is an assassin that has no hesitations in killing people. It does give off Cinderella vibes due to her dynamic with her ... family and step mom, but a more extreme turn of events. I believe the Meiji era is a good time for this story and supports the ML as a yandere. All of the blood lust and gore during the era really makes his yandere tendencies an acception. The art style is very clean and every panel is very well thought out on how they want to perceive the characters. Showing the dark sides of ML is great on how they make him dark, but not too much. There are silly reactions that are very enjoyable and some that are creepy (but not too much). The MC couple are very wholesome and portrayal of their love to each other is well thought out. They change together which is a nice pace especially as couples.
