Death Note was one of the first anime series I've ever watched before and is the one that got me into anime, and making it my favorite anime ever. The story is great, Light Yagami,is a teenager that wants to change the world through a notebook by eradicating the world of crime, has a god complex and is an absolute justice type of character, (Like Akainu from One Piece) and is known to the world as Kira. Angel Beats!

I loved Angel Beats and took me just a few days to watch it. There were very sad and emotional moments that could get me to tear up, like the ending. But there were also very hilarious scenes as well, preventing it from being a depressing series. There is a large amount of characters that work in the story, but only over a handful are given solid character development because of the fact that there is only 13 episodes. Yet there are episodes that focus on one character and their sad past before the afterlife, which should give that character a good amount of development
