Food wars was one of the first Anime I've ever watched, I've kept up with it every time a new season was released. I felt there was a lot less cooking matches this season compared to the ones in the past. The ending in terms of the BLUE was decent, a good way to end it. The ending scene back at the diner is why I really loved this season finale, It just hits you with nostalgia. I honestly enjoyed this, its a great mix of humour and pretty neat animation. Seeing all the crimson demons and their chuunibyou actions were also a plus. It's basically an extra-long episode with everything you would expect. Some said the animation was bad, but honestly, it didn't really matter to me because everything seemed fitting to the konosuba brand. The only thing I would want t see differently is maybe a better explanation of the head researcher and his connection to the crimson demons and what occurred in between. The humour is spot-on, I enjoyed the teacher and all the other crimson demon villagers.
