Both anime deal with some real-life facts and applications and share a good humor. as for Dr stone it's like a chemistry science class however gin no saji is a collection of farming and animal biology lessons.

P.S note that deadman wonderland is a more straightforward and less complex but both will give you that kind of feel .

how heartwarming!! how are these shows are filled with emotions!! rarely I prefer slice of life anime but here look at me recommending 2 which I consider on another level. both of them involve slight romance,slow pace, good tracks and a character with whom we learn a new dimension of emotion every single episode. If you liked one, I'm sure you will like the other.
