BnStH reminded me of HtA a lot because of the age difference and innocence of the female character as well as her cheerful personality. Both are also of the same genre as in romance and fantasy mangas. However, the circumstances where the two MCs meet is different as Lylia came with the purpose to marry while Hana was taken in as a child and raised by Vivi himself.

Both are about a girl who is the illegitimate daughter of a famous actress. But there are two differences I ought to name: 1. In PA Shiho's mom wants Shiho to debut but Shiho cares about her mother's reputation and in LH Rise's mother cares about her reputation, so Rise doesn't debut. 2. PA is about Shiho's job as an actress and LH is about Rise's encounter with Leo.

The fourth story Uso to Koi no Hajimari by Shimaki Ako is similar to Hatsukoi no Itazura. They're both about childhoodfriends meeting again after years although one refuses to meet the other one, so they send a substitue instead.

It's the same story about a demon/vampire raising a young girl for only a short amount of time.
And then he falls in love with her which would have to let him choose who is to die - he or her?
!This spoiler contains both story's ends!
And even though only one was supposed to be able to keep on living, in the end they both survive in both stories.
They both strt with one protagonist making a "bet" but then seriously falling love with the innocent other person. But in Hajiotsu. Himari is the one deceiving someone while in AAKwS the boy makes the cliché "Who-can-hook-up-with-a-girl-at-the-mixer"-bet.

Both mangas are about a couple where the girl is a year older but that's the only similarity, I guess

the girl is very caring and kind, so she's considered "a mother" (or in TnO a sister) by her friends and family. both are really cute but Kaname-kun (CP/T-HP) is a little strange, like he really needs to be cared for.

Kimi no Kiss de Me wo Samasu

Kimi to Watashi de Sakaseru Hana (The Flower That Blooms Within You and Me) and Hibi Chouchou is sinilar because there is a girl who is adored bz the boys but she falls in love with an "ordinary" boy who is in a club. But everything else is conpletely different like the character's attitudes. Ririko speaks a lot more than Suiren and has a lot of friends and Chisaki-kun is in the gardening club while Kawasumi is in the karate club, but all the stories in Kimi no Kiss de Me wo Samasu are really cute so I'd recommend both stories either way! :)

Mat-tsun and Mari-chan's relationship and circumstances are somewhat similar to Ichinose and Takanashi-san's since Takanashi and Mari both (more or less) have an unrequited love and the two popular boys both fell for those stubborn, (first) guy-hating girls. But for those who read Hatsu*Haru: Nijiiro Days isn't only about Mat-tsun and Mari-chan. It's abot Mat-tsun, his three best friends and their love interests. But their love stories are all great!

It doesn't seem aliek at first but there are actually many things similar: Both are about a smart girl trying her best at school for the sake of her parents and her classmate, an unlike her really popular boy. Then the girl suddenly has to face some changes and has to handle her new friends and has to find out what this new weird feeling is she has and is even able to make her cry.
