Both follow serious relationships with very realistic decisions and emotions decisions being executed by the male lead who has to deal with a plethora of tangled love interests in both manga. The only main difference with the two is the setting. Domestic Na Nakojo takes place in high school background, with a student who's fallen in love with his teacher and has to find a way to overcome one of the most ridiculous hurdles. Overall, if you even slightly enjoyed Hetakoi, you will love Domestic na Kanojo.

Similarities: - Both released daily - Pretty similar plot - Characters are both interesting and have their own interesting "abilities" - Very similar humor - Both revolve around a girl and guy respectively. Difference: - Mousou Telepathy has very cartoonish art (Which actually ties in well with the plot), whereas Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko is more Manga-like - Characters in Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko are more 3 dimensional, and are more tied into the plot.
