Both of these are romance mangas. The female leads are quite similar to each other. They deny that they are in love and will have an cold heart expression on the face all the time. And the male leads are also similar, they confess their love to them and being super straight forward. And even if they get shoot down they won't stop. They always have this "cool" face on. So if you liked one of these your guaranteed to like the other one.

In GTO they just fight alot not any real martial arts skills like in Aiki that's solely focused on martial arts. They are also both teachers although the protagonist in GTO is a teacher for high school students while in Aiki the protagonist is a teacher for university students. Both are also fighting a lot and they won't take an insult from anyone. They also have zero respect for others that are mean or being assholes. (Although they can be those assholes sometimes.)

And they are also considered really beautiful in their world so any woman will fall for them. Although in Id the MC is more nice and caring while in Sword of Emperor he is more ruthless and won't take an insult from anyone.

Well as a starter both protagonist are reincarnated in a new world. While both are fantasy, Douluo Dalu is more of a martial arts manhua while Re:Monster is more of a fighting mahua, no real techniques. Both of these also have the rule of 'Survival of the Fittest' since if you are weak in their world you have to obey the strong. Both protagonist would also be called either OP or geniuses, since they get strong so incredible fast.

Both of the protagonist start out kind of strong but they really have a lot of potential to get insanely strong. Both of them also has a some kind of mysterious background that nones really knows of. They are also both casted in the old murim where the weak obey the strong. And both of them also have very, very similar humor. The art is also quite similar with that kind of old stylish look. If you like a strong protagonist with a good story and great humor then I recommend it.

Both of these mangas involve two partners that are in the criminal business. And while one of them is really good with being social with people and seeing their true nature he also goes around having a lot of one night stands. Then the other one is a brute that can hardly communicate with people and solves everything with his fists. While the style and the environment is quite different, the story is very similar. So if you liked one, you will definitely like the other.
