Honor, drama, a classic.

It's a shame that they wait so long to give the best of cowboy bebop. There are chapters that really don't contribute anything and instead could have been dedicated to further polishing the details of the main story, which is really great, but there should only be 6 episodes out of the 26 total.

I was close to giving it a 6/10 because it was good, but there were episodes that I didn't like. But in the end, I liked the main story so much that I feel it deserves a 7. Furthermore, the aesthetics and the soundtrack are super original, really unique. ... They make it become a classic. I really think Cowboy Bebop deserves to stand out a little more. I also understand that having only 26 chapters, of which only about 6 really advance the story (the rest are episodic, some good and some bad), means that it does not become as popular.

Anyway, this story was a nice journey. The time has come to wake up from this long dream.

It wasn't bad. I was about to give it a 5 (average) because it feels a bit like just one more of many BUT there is something inexplicable about it that makes it entertaining. Besides, it still makes you laugh.

The thing is, it's story isn't that interesting. It was characterized a lot by its action and comedy, but the action in this season is not that good either. I don't know... I think the first season is better, although not by that much, that's why I leave them both at a 6. In general, I didn't get bored ... watching it, but I don't think it's anything extraordinary either, that's why I leave it at a 6/10, which means "fine".

Also, Garou's motivations seem very stupid to me. I mean, I understand that this anime is, above all, a parody. But in this second season there were things that didn't work at all well as a satire and it seemed more like they were trying to get serious with something that is actually very ridiculous, so it's like it falls somewhere between being good enough to be taken seriously or being a good joke, and with Garou they end up not achieving either of those goals.

Finally, I think that if they had given more prominence to the story of Tiger and bravery, it would have been much better, since his chapters are the most interesting. And hand in hand with that, the mid-season episodes, approximately 3 to 7, are very forgettable (those at the beginning of the invasion and the tournament). When a chapter is skippable, you realize something is wrong.

Anyway. I prefer to give it a positive score (I consider that from "fine" up is ok), instead of leaving it at "average", because it is very entertaining. One Punch Man may seem absurd or ridiculous but not boring hahaha and that is what tips the balance in its favor.

PS: what's up with the sound effects???? Am I the only one who felt they were very weird?

No estuvo mal, pero casi casi que le pongo un 5 (average) porque se siente un poco como una más del montón peeeero tiene ese no sé qué que la hace entretenida. Aparte te sigue sacando algunas risas.

El tema es que su historia no es tan interesante. Se caracterizaba mucho por su acción y comedia, pero la acción en esta temporada tampoco es taaaaaaaaan buena. No sé... Creo que la primer temporada es mejor, aunque no por tanto, por eso las dejo a las dos en un 6. En general, no me aburrí viéndola, pero tampoco me parece nada extraordinario, por eso la dejo en 6/10, que significa "fine".

Además, las motivaciones de Garou me parecen estupidísimas. O sea, entiendo que este anime es, por sobre todas las cosas, una parodia. Pero en esta segunda temporada tuvo cosas que no pegaron del todo bien como una sátira y más bien parecía como si estuvieran tratando de tomarse en serio con algo que en realidad es muy ridículo, entonces es como que se queda a medio camino entre ponerse serio o ser irónico, y con Garou terminan sin alcanzar ninguno de esos objetivos.

Por último, creo que si le hubieran dado más protagonismo a la historia de Tiger y la valentía, habría sido muchísimo mejor, ya que sus capítulos son los más interesantes. Y de la mano con eso, los capítulos de media temporada, aprox del 3 al 7, son muy olvidables (los del inicio de la invasión y el torneo). Cuando un capítulo es salteable, te das cuenta de que algo no anda bien.

En fin. Me decanto por darle un puntaje positivo (considero que de "fine" para arriba está ok), en vez de dejarle en "average", porque es muy entretenida. One Punch Man puede parecerte absurda o ridícula pero no aburrida jajaja y eso es lo que inclina la balanza a su favor.

PD: qué onda con los efectos de sonido???? Soy el único que los sentía rarísimos?

Thoght I'd be watching some Attack on Neverland and ended up watching The Promised Naruto Academia.
This show went from almost masterpiece to average, and I'm being generous

The story was predictable and sometimes nonsense
I do like it's soundtrack though
The characters are mostrly anoying.
If you shut down your brain, you may enjoy it, but knowing that almost everyone watching this has already watched the first season, it's obvious that you'll have high expectations.

Ok I have to be honest. I really want to publish this review, BUT I don't have much more to say XD. At the time I filled in what I had left with ASCII art to reach the minimum number of characters that the page requires to be able to publish a review, but after a while, a moderator deleted it for being "spam" and... well, it makes sense . There is a fine line between humor, filler and spam. I think it's good that it is so that we can keep this place tidy. Otherwise, the forums would end up being a jungle hahahahaha

Anyway, a question that I started to think about what to say to republish the review and also cover the minimum space with something that was not ascii art lol and well it occurred to me to talk about this situation and take the opportunity to question the requirement of putting a minimum amount of characters to the reviews. I don't think it's necessary, sometimes you're looking for a very direct and to-the-point comment, and unfortunately you can't because they already require writing a considerable amount of things to be able to publish the review.

What do I know, it's quite a topic. Even so, I must say that I am amazed by the order that exists in these forums. It's really amazing.

It is very entertaining, comical and satirizes many clichés, which I love. Also, I think the hero-for-job system manages to develop in a way that My Hero Academia couldn't even do in 7 seasons XD

Even so, the story is too superficial, it is nothing more than a "Fine" (6). I think literally Saitama's faces when he is not at all impressed define the plot of this series very well hahaha

In short, you can't ask for much. It is very difficult to make a story whose premise is that the protagonist wins in one fell swoop.

In conclusion:

**I think One Punch Man's strength is playing ... with stereotypes and ridiculing them so that you have a good time while listening to an action soundtrack along with great animation. And that's why I think it's NOT a good anime to get into the genre because it's not going to be entertaining if you don't know what it's parodying at the outset.**

We'll see what happens with the second season, if they manage to deepen the story or if it simply stays in another "ta bien" to pass the time.´

Es muy entretenida, cómica y satiriza muchísimos clichés, cosa que me encanta. Además, creo que el sistema de héroes por trabajo logra desarrollarse de una forma que My Hero Academia no pudo hacer ni en 7 temporadas XD

Así y todo, la historia es demasiado superficial, no es más que un "Fine" (6). Creo que literalmente las caras de saitama cuando no está para nada impresionado definen muy bien la trama de esta serie jajaja

En fin, tampoco se puede pedir mucho. Es muy difícil hacer una historia cuya premisa sea que el protagonista gana de un golpe.

En conclusión:

**creo que el fuerte de One Punch Man es jugar con los estereotipos y ridiculizarlos para que pases un buen rato mientras escuchás un soundtrack de acción junto a una gran animación. Y por eso mismo creo que NO es un buen anime para introducirse al género porque no va a resultarte entretenido si de entrada no conocés qué es lo que está parodiando.**

Veremos qué onda con la segunda temporada, si logran profundizar la historia o si simplemente se queda en otro "ta bien" para pasar el rato
