Before starting off with a long ass review, talking about how GOOD this anime (which is super duper true). I will just like to say "If you haven't watch it, get your ass to the nearest cinema right now and watch it!". Also, by doing so, we are supporting Makoto Shinkai and his production crew who poured their work so hard into making this masterpiece.

<SPOILERS AHEAD! READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!>

Anyways, let's begin with the story. To me, the story was absolutely perfect as it masterfully illustrated the "City Life", the "Reality of Life", the "Love Sacrifical" and "Everything comes with a price". This ... is proven when our male protagonist, Hodaka first set foot into Tokyo, trying to look for a job that pays well and when our female protagonist, Hina who actually tried to sell herself out to support herself and her brother. (but thanks to Hodaka, Hina did not) It's through their second meeting (where Hodaka saved Hina), he gave her a reason to live, to be the Sunshine Girl. Yes, they did enjoyed their happy moments, but it always comes with a price to have such tremendous power, which is her life. In addition, it is worth noting Hodaka and Hina both sacrificed for each other a lot, Hodaka running away from Police station, being chased to reach the heavens to save Hina, Hina on the other hand, sacrificed her life, so that Hodaka and the rest of people in Japan could enjoy the Sun. It is in the end that, Hodaka convinced Hina that it is ourselves that matter and we make decisions for ourselves, don't let other's greed and benefits outweigh our own. All and all, I would say it was a great story with everything coming into place, like a puzzle that when is completed shows a beautiful scenery/ painting.

As for the art and sound, I have not much comment as they were perfectly done. But, sometimes, I felt like the volume of the sound is too loud. (Most probably due to the cinema, will re-watch it when they released it on Blu-ray)

All I can say about enjoyment is I F*CKING Enjoyed it! Also, it's also the first time I have cried so much watching a movie. The last time was when I was watching Kimi no Namae Wa by Makoto Shinkai. (You have done it again Master Makoto Shinkai, never ceased to surprise and make me cry. :'3)

Overall, I gave it a 10 (maybe I am a little bit biased, but let's be honest it's the best anime film in 2019) I learnt a lot too watching this movie like enjoy the small moments and be grateful like when Hodaka met Hina, Keisuke, Natsumi, Nagi and the list just goes down, even though they are in a decent yet dire condition, they tried to enjoy every little bit of it, being optimistic and joyful which we human are always doing the opposite because we are busy chasing for materials, wealth and fame. Last but not least, a quote from Weathering With You, "The world is crazy!". So, let's just enjoy and savor the good things life have prepared for us (and finding our other pair <3, just like how Hina and Hodaka did)

P.S. So what if Hodaka actually proposed to Hina when he's 16 and she's 15. Love knows no boundaries after all and it's JAPAN. Once more, PLEASE WATCH IT IF YOU HAVE NOT! BEST MOVIE IN 2019 that you have to watch!!!!! :3 :3

An amazing anime. Totally recommend it!

Why?

The plots and the arts are just outstanding. Just beginning of the first episode, it has already displayed amazing talents to be one of the best anime of the year.
Also, because it's about TIME TRAVEL, when it's time travel there's always this suspense element, suspecting if Hitomi's going to end up with Aoi or they are forced to separate after that. Besides that, I love the opening and the ending of the anime, also totally worth listening to. In addition, every time watching it, it has the right feels that hit you that grabs your attention and makes you to ... be dedicated to it. The characters are all awesome especially Yuito and Aoi. (Most probably gonna be a sad ship)

In a nutshell, it's an outstanding anime that has the right story, art, sound, character and enjoyment. Any anime fans should never miss it, if you do you will regret it for the rest of your life until you actually watch it! So, go watch it now!

Let's just say that we know Mochizuki Touya is the most OP (overpowered) characters we have seen compared to others like Kirito (SAO) and etc. The reason this anime was so good is because of the rom-com element it contains. The main & support characters are awesome and nothing much to comment about. Also, regarding the sound, arts and enjoyment, it is totally a 10 as there were not many problems.

Despite that, I think that the story should be more of where Mochizuki faces difficulty and we need more CUTE LITTLE CHIBI EMPERORS. A SEASON 2 is a MUST as it's the season that things ... go UP and DOWN like in a roller coaster.

Anyways, I am just going to do my best in reviewing this just released anime.
Well this anime is your typical High School Love Story. Childhood Friends and etc.

The Story is quite typical to a high school love story as mentioned above but I still gave it a 9 despite the fact that it's quite ordinary because I am into this kind of anime, so can't resist giving a 9.

As for the art & sound/BGM, it totally gets an outstanding which is 10 because the art & sound/BGM are what I can describe as "exquisite" and "total masterpiece". ... Just one second into the movie, I am already astonished by the art & sound/BGM that were presented to the viewers.

Actually, the thing that really made me astonished was the 5 words "I have always liked you". I thought I accidentally skipped to the ending but when I look at the player bar, I was relieved. Well, would have s*cked if I were to skip to the ending but I think the ending is quite predictable even without watching.

Nothing much to comment on the characters except that they are quite everyone's typical normal character that you can find in any anime that has the same genre and plots with different settings.

In Conclusion, I enjoyed this anime as mentioned, I liked this kind of anime and a 9 will totally be a satisfy mark for me to give, if not, I will not be able to forgive myself. Anyway, a good anime indeed if you prefer school love, I will totally recommend it. If one already got bored with this kind of anime, I totally advise one not to watch because it will totally bore ones' out, because since the beginning one is already not interested in it. Then, why bother watching, right? :3
