The show is about Yukio and about his journey with music and his new band. Yukio is 14 years old with no aspirations in life and bored of his simple life but that all changes when he discovers music!
Beck is one of the best anime's I have ever watched and certainly a favorite. The thing I love about beck the most are the characters and music. Beck is a character driven story meaning they focus on the characters more than the actual plot.

overcome them. The characters are very very relatable and feel real with real life struggles that one would face thus you eventually come to get close to them and understand their issues. The characters are so well written and I love how the story progresses with the characters development. We get to see the characters grow and become better as they practice their music and start getting to know each other.
The story of beck is very well written. It is about a Japanese band made of teenagers trying to make it to the top of the music world and overcoming their struggles and conflicts with each other getting better and better. They don't always get a long and sometimes things get very hard and hopeless but they try to overcome that and become a world wide famous band.
The music in beck is some of the best iv'e ever seen/heard. Beck being a music anime has some of the best music iv'e ever heard and had me singing with joy and swinging my arms following the flow. The music is very beautiful and when they sing this feeling of joy and happiness overcomes and you just end up signing along before you know it with a veriaty of music.
I loved the art style of the anime and animation of course it could improve in certain aspects but as a whole it is fantastic and I just love how the art style fits the story and mood of the anime like they were meant to be. The art style perfectly fits the show and it is old animation so it's nothing mind blowing but it's still fantastic and just looks right with the setting and story. The animation feels real as if it were actually filmed and not animated and I love it!!!
Beck is one of the most enjoyable shows. It is some of the most fun iv'e ever had watching a show it had me singing and dancing on almost every single episode and every time the band would sing I would blast the volume and start dancing with the biggest smile.
The opening of beck and closing of beck are some of the best I have ever seen and is something you should not skip if you want to have a good time by singing along and dancing!
Beck also has a very good dub could be even better than the sub so you have a choice there!
