This anime really needed a season 2.
The amount of loose ends is worse than a woolly sweater in a thunderstorm.
The protagonist is a glutton for punishment, and the viewer is punished for not getting a proper wrap up. At least he keeps choosing to go into the game, instead of reincarnating isekai style.

Recommend to self:
Was fun, but don't watch again. Life's too short.

Recommend to others:
It's worth it for the crazy girls alone. But if you're not into fan service and the MC getting a reality check, maybe stay clear?
Definitely don't watch, if the MC needs to be overpowered from the start in order to be ...

Spoiler
Notes to future me:
All the heroines are lovely and have clear personalities.
Too bad the main character is a testosterone starved nice guy, who is actively rejected by basically every girl in the show.
Still, Karen was a nice addition. Waifu material for sure! :)

Most episodes have at least one fan service lewd moment, but it's not the main point of the show.
The animation and detail are really good. Not the usual bargain bin seasonal slop that gets barfed out by many studios.
I enjoyed this show for the aesthetics especially, but also some of the character interactions. They're all a bit out there, so it makes for ...

Hundred (Anime) add
Note to self:
Contains good character designs. Good fan service, mostly through the costumes.
Characters don't get a lot of room to grow, because there is only one season. It feels like they could have made more seasons with season one as a good starter. No real cliffhangers or impetus to continue though, aside from more fun with the crew and the occasional jiggle service.
The cast is likable enough, but doesn't rise much above their stereotypes.

The short of it:
Jiggles with guns on a boat!

Watch again? No need to see the show again, but was nice to see at least once.

Durarara!! (Anime) add
This show is best watched without spoiling yourself on any of the content in advance.
Going into this show pretty much completely blind, having not even read the synopsis, allowed for a really good experience that gradually opened up the world more and more as each episode built upon the previous.

The show takes place in a part of Tokyo with a very colorful cast of characters and is essentially about how they interact with each other on small and large scales. There are reality stretching physics and supernatural elements, but they're largely confined to a few of the characters.

Watching this show, including the other seasons and ...
