If you liked FMP, you'll likely enjoy Code Geass because they both have a lot of mech fighting, are centered, at least most of the series, around high school, and have some mysterious powers endowed within the main characters.

The writing style of these two are very similar, mixing in good comedic moments, decent action, and slife of life genericisms,with dark elements that while dont perfectly blend; still compliment eachother. Add in a decent amuont of emotional tension from the previous episodes and all youre mising is a romantic subplot.

Both have very smilar stories, characters and include a bromance. The beginning starts out about the same with some minor differences but the stories get more similar as you move along.

Haikyuu and Kuroko's Basketball share a strong Production IG flavour, with stylish, energetic sports action sequences and tense interpersonal drama off the sports courts. Another thing they share is that they prefer to lean towards the gimmicky, fantastical side of the sports genre but pull it off without seeming cheap or stupid. If you like one, you're bound to find satisfaction in the other.

Both are set in worlds where magic is the dominant force and mages are banded together into guilds. Natsu and Asta are also fairly similar in that they are both hot-headed and determined. Both shows are just a ton of Shounen fun!

Both shows have the same premise, but deal with different themes. Hero Academia is a action/drama show, and One Punch Man is a comedy. Both of these shows bring their respective genres to their full potential. As they are both incredibly high quality, they are similar enough that if you liked one, you'll probably feel the same about the other.

both will wow any spectator they are both enjoyable to watch and both have an interesting cast of charactors they could make you interested with just a few simple words and the plots are easy to understand but very in depth

I think these two mecha anime are similar in that the behavior of the characters is exaggerated and the scenarios are pretty cartoonish and unbelievable, yet they both manage to have touching human interaction between characters.

Both anime involve worlds where safety is no longer guaranteed. The main plotline is survival, and both anime revolved around a select few in the society that work to develop combat skills. There are also some epic battle scenes against creatures several times larger than the protagonists.

its basicly very similar. only a slightly different concept.. while in this anime he finds himself with the game equipment and all that... in SAO gamers are actually trapped in a virtual reality MMORPG game where you cant escape unless you clear the game and, if you die, you also die in real life.

Both have very deep characters and nice animation. Sword Art Online is more driven to the VR fans, where as Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? is more of a fantasy setting. Buckle in, Both are enjoyable and give a nice fantasy setting but in a different time.

Both are about life and death games, though deadman wonderland didn't really have romance. they both have a rather mysterious girl (though shiro is alot more mysterious) and you come to understand the protoganist as the story progresses

They both center around rebellion, mecha and lots and lots of explosions, have loveable characters and epic music. If you like one you're bound to like the other

...then you might like Mirai Nikki (TV) add

Both Death Note and Mirai Nikki start off with the main character recieving a tool of potential mass destruction from a godlike existence. Even though the main characters are polar oposites in terms of personality, they both face similar challenges in which they have to use their tool to defeat -- in most instances, kill -- the many rivals they face throughout the series. There is a similar degree of mystery and suspense in both series; they blurr the lines between friend or foe, good or evil, and you never know when the enemy is going to strike next.

The main characters in both, Death Note and Kuroshitsuji, get something supernatural to their lives (Light finds a death note and Ciel gets a "one hell of a butler") and they use those things to achieve their personal goals. Both series also feature death gods (shinigami) that play quite an important role as the plot thickens. Death Note and Kuroshitsuji both have this dark atmosphere (although that is relieved a little bit by the means of comedy in Kuroshitsuji) which is caused by devious plotting and it just sucks the viewer in.

If you liked the manipulation skills Lelouch had you will like the way Light acts to get what he wants. Both series have very strong main characters. The intelligence of the characters makes them seem godlike in the face of adversity but like Lelouch, Light also has his share of enemies.

Both have super natural elements such as death gods called shimigami and vampires and demons. The main character desides to become a hero, in death note by killing criminals, in blood lad by resurecting a girl that turned into a ghost back to her human form.

Blood Lad and Blue Exorcist has somewhat the same ring to it. They are quite comedic, deal with demon world. Male protagonists looks kinda similar, but one of them is a demon, while other is vampire-demon and they are strong to begin with, but become even more stronger later on. Atmosphere in both animes is quite similar too, but Blue Exorcist has more school in it.

Both shows have demon characters who enter the human world, and who end up getting mixed up with a human girl along the way. Both of the female protagonists are similar to each other, with them being big breasted high schoolers who just happened to cross paths with a high ranking demon. Both of the demon males also have an obsession with the human world, they even share the same voice actor. The comedy in each show is fairly similar a lot of the time, so fans of one will likely find the other enjoyable.

An eccentric supernatural boy vows to help a once ordinary human girl return to her normal self after her "death", even though the death was mainly his fault. Both share similar comedy and action, and the main characters are pretty identical in terms of their personalities. Fans of one will surely want to check out the other.

Both have main protagonist bound to a weapon that also has a human form. In Soul Eater, they use these weapons to defeat 'demons'. In Noragami, they fight 'phantoms'. There's an immediate understanding that souls can be consumed by darkness. Not only do main characters run into these dark beings, but they encounter other people paired up with a weapon that has human-form. The lead characters in both are especially motivated. Putting in hard work towards their personal goal. The music is also similar in both shows. That might be because they come from the same studio, Bones.

...then you might like Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic add

Fairy Tail and Magi may as well be siblings. They're both set in a fantasy-like universe where magic users are a common sight to behold. The two series also include limitless adventures, interesting/unique character designs, bonds between friends, and numerous battles. While both shows tend to be pretty silly, they're not afraid to get serious. If you're interested in magic/fantasy and you liked one, I'm sure you would like the other.

If you liked Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood add

...then you might like Fairy Tail add

Both Fullmetal and Fairy Tail are similar in the sense that they both take place in a world where people have magical abilities. Fairy Tail is more of a fun entertaining anime and Fullmetal is more dark and intense, but they have similar elements. also the story for both are highly intriguing making you want to watch more and more while also delivering great comedy and un-canny plot twists

Soul Eater and Fairy Tale are both fast paced adventure anime in which magic drives the plot. They have plenty of comedy that hinges on its large and quirky cast; even in terms of art style they favor simple and very colorful designs. Fans of one are very likely to enjoy the other.

Soul eater is very similar to Naruto as it about groups of young people who fight. It might not be long and it might have shallower plot but it's better made with nicer sense of humour and not that long. Extreme similarities can be seen on some charachters such as Naruto and Star.

...then you might like Fullmetal Alchemist add

Both "Naruto" and "Fullmetal Alchemist" are series that easily are classified as mere fighting animes. In both cases I would disagree with the "mere"-part. Both of these animes have plenty of fights, but the also have the ability to go deeper in a way that will make them appreciated not only by adolescents, but by adults as well, and as such they both represent the cream of the crop of fighting anime.

Both series follow the shounen formula: a hotheaded protagonist loses family/friends to the wills of a supernatural monster and vows to get revenge/defeat said monster with the power of a magic weapon and a handful of new friends. Both series have specialized schools and organizations with the purpose of training youth to defeat the monsters. They also share the theme of demons, though for different purposes, and the main characters are more than normal humans. The soundtracks for both series are products of Hiroyuki Sawano, and both series share great visuals/backgrounds.
