I don't say this often but there hasn't been an anime in awhile that has made me feel this way. I've been watching for ages and have found that recently it has been hard to watch more than a few episodes at a time, but after seeing some raving reviews I was eager and delighted to watch everything that was released at the time and yearned for more. Sure, the OP and ED are bangers beyond belief, and include many nice details as the show transitions through time, but the content is great too.

Sure, everyone who believes in heliocentrism is a threat to the ... church, that's how it was for ages. I get that the repetitive aspect of the story line: oh, you're a heretic, that's sus, may get old, but I think that the way each section has played out to show how corrupt churches are has been really enjoyable, and I think that anyone who gets beyond episode 3 would say the same. You really feel for the characters and the stressful scenes are STRESSFUL like DAMN BRO. Anyways, super entertaining and makes me glad I don't live in the middle ages where people were so stupid and gullible.

I love storylines that deal with corruption, adventure, and conspiracy. Well, this has all of it and great production quality to top it all off. I absolutely recommend, I already sent it to many of my friends and hope that you all will too.

Let me start by saying that as the second season of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid continues, it only gets better. I have a hard time understanding why people dislike this anime. It has something for everyone: comedic moments, fan service, god-tier fights, heartwarming hugs, and sad backstories. Writing this review after episode 11 aired because of how invested I have become in the story. AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON HOW GOOD THE OP AND ED ARE.

I find that the character are all so like-able and I just want more of all of them. I loved season one but season two just has this spark ... and beauty that I didn't notice before. Saikawa and Kanna's dynamic is adorable, Tohru's obsession with Kobayashi is hilarious, Shouta's relationship with Lucoa makes me jealous, Fafnir is still Fafnir, and Elma continues to be a glutton. I find that the directing and consistency are spot on in this anime, and the voice acting and artwork is simply incredible.

I love this anime and I never want it to end, very sad to know that the last episode of season two airs next week... Wednesdays will never be the same!

Wow... just... wow. In a season chock full of amazing anime, this might just rival oddtaxi for my favorite of spring 2021. I stumbled upon this after the last episode of season one aired (thank goodness because I would have hated waiting for new episodes to come out). I started off thinking okay... this is pretty good. After episode 3 i was like: woah, this is really good. After episode 6, I couldnt stop watching. Amazing even without intense fight scenes, the story is simply incredible, and the world building is top notch. The ending song is literally perfect for this style of anime, and ... though this is a cliffhanger-heavy anime, they do it perfectly. Great job! Everyone needs to watch this!
