The iconic blue color of the main character, main character has close companion which is his brother instead of his friend, surrounded by interesting people exploring the world of demons and powers (instead of vampires). MC has a unique background/history as well; and the villain is probably the same as well (satan instead of charlatan). The vibe of this show is very similar to vanitas no carte as I immediately sensed whilst watching it. Give it a go this is one of the most similar anime to Vanitas no Carte out there.

Very similar to Blue Exorcist in many ways that I will talk about in a sec. but one thing is that this show has the same "vibe" of Blue Exorcist that you will kinda feel while watching it if you ofc. watched and still fully remember the show. So back to the main points, Vanitas no Karte is similar to Blue Exorcist in a many ways (the Blue Exorcist version of the point will be in parenthesis)... The show is about the main character Vanitas who is a special guy with special powers that allows him to use the Book Of Vanitas given to him to achieve a purpose -and the color of these powers is blue :3 - (same in the case of the Rin Okumura who has the blue flame powers which he can ofc. use it either to stand with or against Satan), Satan here is simply the thing called Charlatan who seeks to corrupt vampires by stealing their true names, Vanitas and his companion Noe want to rescue vampires from that corruption, they meet some people who can help along the way ( just like Rin's friends/teachers but more like companions than actual friends) alongside love interests (You might enjoy this show more cause of that ;) ), they do discover a lot of things about vampires, people who have betrayed their race and characters who have been planning to do corruptions since ever... (I can't spoil Blue Exorcist but you know it has characters/events like that), characters go through a lot of development throughout the season and although till now -2022- it has only 1 season separated into 2 parts, the development of the characters is great so far and you start getting attached to them (same way I got attached to Rin at some point)

Both anime include some mystery , interesting and unique characters , include supernatural and something similar to the demon element , in Ao no Exorcist they are called demons and in Noragami they are called phantoms . Also both contain some comedy , the similarities are endless really and the differences are way to silly to mention .
