Bothe anime have a similar tone and one could summarise both of their plots at once: An isekai in a game world where the main cast consist of a small group of young people that are disproportionaly powerful. After making friends, getting used to the world and overcoming some early chellanges, they find themseves in the center of an evil plot that threatens the entire region. Apart from that, the actual worlds and dynamics are quite different. Dendrogram has the more plausible, if boring premice - a VR-MMORPG that has no clear goal and soundls like normal life plus super powers and a quest system - while the heros in Mondaiji-tachi are invited and summoned to a world that is governed by games. Both anime fail to make the unique power of the male MC plausible/believable but they both are quite entertaining as long ase one is looking for fun overpoweredness rather than carefully crafted worlds or deep character play.
