Teenage Mercenary

Honestly, it isn't that good. First few chapters were excellent, but repetition really killed it for me. The same plot happens over and over and over again. It's the same shit again and again and again. And granted, it is very well drawn, the art makes very easy to understand the action, and the MC is a cool guy. But resolutions sometimes are very unrealistic, like YeongChang becoming friends with his bullies all of a sudden, it gets a very contrived plot sometimes. Also, the story is supposed to be about a boy who is basically a war machine who is put in a normal

The story is okay, actually, nothing amazing, it is pretty much a slice of life, nothing truly happens for the most part. The art is beautiful as almost all manhwa are, but what truly shines in this one are the characters. Character development is truly amazing here. Not only it managed to make me keep reading a archetype that I am totally tired of, but it also managed to make me crazy about it. I think I will look for more stories like these, lol.
I don't like writing spoilers on reviews, but believe me when I say: I am quite hard to please, and I ... Dec 31, 2024

Well, I will just summarize it, to keep things simple.
The art is very good at portraying the action, you can imagine the movements really well. 8/10. The story is much deeper than I expected. It sounded AWFULLY REALISTIC. The main theme is war, and fighting, and everything surrounding it is very, very realistic. People die, people you like, die. People you don't like, also die. Honor is nothing but a joke when it comes to war, as it is in real life. 9/10. The Characters are amazing. Not because you love all of them, but because they are also VERY REALISTIC (minus the MC. He is ... Mar 17, 2024

The jokes are bad, the characters have no reason to love the "protagonist", the world doesn't even try to stand out from the others in the genre, maybe trying to become a parody, but everything is so badly-written, the art is a caricature, so I understand why it is bad. There is so much repetition in the conversations so much about "he is so handsome". The real main character appears so much in the story of the "protagonist" that all the encounters with "the male leads" being in the same place and doing the same things don't make any sense. I didn't read much, but

The Lazy Lord Masters the Sword

The story starts quite nice, but there is no development in the plot till the chapter 80. The characters are nice, and the designs are okay, but the art really isn't good. I'm not saying that the art is ugly, but this is an action manhwa, so you SHOULD be able to distinguish the ATTACKS that the characters are making, but every attack is just a line. You can't follow the fights or understand what is happening with the drawings, you only know the direction it is taking when someone watching comments "he is overpowering her" or "wow, what was that?", and stuff like that.

The Remarried Empress

It's a very different story than we are used to reading. The characters are very well written, the story makes sense and I surely like it overall. But the pacing is very, very slow. I agree that it makes every development more satisfying when they actually happen, but they are still very very slowly moving. I thought the pace would fasten when she actually remarried (is it a spoiler when it's in the title?) but it didn't.
It's good, but could be better. I suggest that anyone interested wait till more chapters are released, maybe till the 300th and read it all at once. It's ... Mar 1, 2024

This review contains spoilers on the first ten chapters. This manhwa makes no sense at all. The dude is a super gamer, he is good enough to play at 6 or 7 games at the same time, and still, he isn't smart, perceptive or anything that would be necessary to do so.
He is a super gamer, specialized on RPGs, and his life becomes a RPG game. He is OP, but his statuses are locked and need to be unlocked by keys, until then, every status is 1. He receives a key to unlock his MAX LEVEL statuses, and what does he decide to unlock? ... Feb 12, 2024

I don't feel anything reading this one. It is neither good or bad. The characters are ok, only ok, they make sense, but you don't understand any of them deeply besides the mc. The art is okay, only okay, it is somewhat good, but very confusing at times. The world building is good enough, but is not awesome. I don't like anyone, and I don't hate anyone. The story is interesting enough to keep you going, but not good enough to make you in awe. If you don't have anything else to do, read it. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. I didn't laugh, cry, yell,

This manhwa tries very hard to make you laugh. In 62 chapters, I think I laughed twice. Its comedy really is bad.
I still don't care about the mc to this point, he looks like an worse version of Lloid-sama, he isn't that likable, his motivations aren't that clear, he is really fickle, he changes his mind all the time, he promises the world and a second later, decides to run away. In Greatest Estate Developer, this is not bad at all because the comedy is really strong, and the mc has really stable motivations. Here, the mc goals change all the time, he truly looks ... I enjoyed every minute that I spent reading this manhwa. It really is very good. The relationships and the character development are the main focus of this series. The world building is very beliavable, and makes a lot of sense. The characters are very, very likable, and the story is very lighthearted. Some scenes are very cute, others made laugh out loud, others made me really excited, and the emotional payback for some fights are very well build as well.
The problem with this manhwa is its writing. There are many recycled story structures, and they repeat in streak. From now on, there will be ... |
