This 14 episode long series is rather entertaining and if you enjoyed the first series you'll most likely enjoy this one. The plot is a little wobbly at times but overall it is fun to watch and it is good to see the characters from the previous series interact with one another just a few more times.
When it comes to animation this series continues its unique style and very watchable visuals.
I enjoyed it myself as a huge Cardfight anime genre fan, of course starting with Yu-Gi-Oh! and moving onto Vanguard. My only real issues with Vanguard is the lack of actual antagonists. I ... really wish there were more actual evil doers in the series instead of just being either nice people or barely evil.
8/10 for me.

Personally I don't really know why this manga was so popular, like I mean it's half decent, but at a time it was the most famous Manga of all time and I think that's... very odd. The reasons being well... it's not that great. It's not terrible, some of the characters like Sasuke, Rock Lee, Kakashi, Third Hokage, etc, are pretty cool but then... you got the main character... Naruto... a annoying loud mouthed punk. Now I can understand how some people can love him and understand why the way he is, but personally I just find him annoying.
As for the story overall, it's... ... alright, nothing to outstanding but it's okay. Although one of the things I dislike the most is the fact that almost every single chapter they force Lore down the readers mouth, like I get, you wanna create a interesting and in-depth world for the audience, but when you're just adding on to stuff for no reason besides just to fill pages it really starts to get annoying.
Anyway, altogether I give it a 5/10, some good characters, some bad, too much Lore pushing and not enough enjoyment.
