Code Geass Dakkan no Rozé could of done better as series if they had better set up's building up the story and characters as it could of been impressive seeing how you can tell they were lacking a focus to tell the story. This is the OVA not the 4 part movie that was release in Japan that I am reviewing. As much as I like the Code Geass as a series this new series tried so hard to tell a story.

Story

"Following the death of Emperor Lelouch vi Britannia and the dissolution of the Holy Britannian Empire, remnants of the ... old empire captured the island of Hokkaido and founded the Neo-Britannian Empire, where the Japanese people are oppressed just like the old days of the empire when their country was one of its colonies. Two brothers named Ash and Rozé, dubbed "The Nameless Mercenaries" fight the Neo-Britannian empire, eventually joining forces with the local resistance forces in their mission to rescue princess Sakuya Sumeragi, but only a few know that Rozé is actually Sakuya in disguise, and the person she wants to rescue is her childhood friend and body double Sakura Haruyanagininomiya". Which Sakuya used the power of Geass and with the help of Ash a Knightmare pilot who happens to be under Sakuya's spell they are on a path of revenge or destruction.

Animation

Made by Sunrise too bad they rebrand.the Animation was done in 2D but they used 3D for the Nightmare fights they did okay job with the coloring and style you can tell in the Nightmare fights the framerate was off in some segments.

Music

It has very impressive music tracks from its opening song "Running In My Head" by MIYAVI and the ending and "Rozé (ロゼ)" by Hikari Mitsushima (満島ひかり) as its ending song. The background music was really good top notch quality.

Overall

Its had a solid but not perfect animation it had some good moments and bad moments in the story but in the end it didn't resonate well with the audience as much as I like Code Geass as a franchise series It could of done better.

Another Isekai that involves Mecha but It was short lived for its time.

Story

Animation

Eight Bit Co., Ltd. which is now own by wholly owned subsidiary of Bandai Namco Filmworks best known for animes like Infinite Stratos,That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, and Blue Lock. At the time of this anime they used 2D and 3D animation while watch this that coloring kind of good and shiny.

Music

The opening Hello!My World!! is a song by fhána was a nicely down song. The ending song You & I by Ayaka Ohashi It try to hit but miss.

Overall
Is it a good anime it could've been it didn't get much traction it ended in a Cliffhanger which left the anime not getting a second season for decades. The rumors have it that they were considering making a second season of this Anime for a long time but didn't get much attention. I would give this anime 7 but If it got another season sadly this anime only got 13 episodes.

Its an anime that I can't believe it's not Horror. its very much a interesting strange cosmic comedy.

The Story

Sumireko Ogawa is a bookstore clerk who Is a thick woman with natural big booba who use to be a prize winning author of writing novels in her youth gets a mysterious book and takes it home with her only to find out it was curse book while reading it giving her Youth of a 9 year old child wanting to spend her time coming up with her latest novel stories but later on encounters her teenage coworker, Ren Adashino, who is hiding his own secrets. ... Ren confronting Sumireko Ogawa In a mysterious way knows she has a cursed book to help her from the books curse side effect of crushing her organs on the inside, Ren gave her a hint on how to save her from the curse, in which she figure out to revert back to an adult. Now, Sumireko Ogawa teams up with Ren Adashino to investigate supernatural phenomena and cursed items in the local city.

Animation

Zero-G is the Studio known to make anime like Doreiku and My Roommate Is a Cat. They very much did an okay job with this anime attempting create a different style to adapt to the Manga the color was okay they could improve a little bit more.

Music

The opening theme song is "Hazard Symbol", performed by Yuyu, while the ending theme song is "Shuku Somete Shinzō" (朱く染めて心臓, "Scarlet-Dyed Heart"), performed by Nonoka Ōbuchi which are okay song I understand this anime is trying to set a theme.


Overall
This anime has a impressively strange story is good, I understand this anime won't impress everyone just because I give it a good review doesn't mean it transfers into success. Not everyone is a fan of Sumireko Ogawa huge ass booba after watching this anime, I do like her Huge ass booba's but I do like her character as a mature women who gets involved with a mysterious teenage boy going on strange adventures solving strange mysteries together.

Gundam Seed series has a cult following because of the music and great hype surrounding this Anime series, I did watch this anime in the 2000's. I want to point out the production which took them some time to make this movie to bring up the fact that the animation studio Sunrise is no more considering its now rebranded as Bandai Namco Filmworks Entertainment its an end of an ERA for Sunrise and new beginning for Bandai Namco moving forward to bring out this movie. I wasn't expecting a perfect anime movie but this anime has a lot of fanfare having that ... brought back music artist T.M Revolution who is consider the Michael Bolton of Japanese Openings and Endings in Anime Soundtracks for Gundam Seed he can't stop making them ( Please don't stop Takanori Nishikawa keep going please make another banger of a song).

Story Summary
In C.E.75, the fighting still continues with Naturals vs Coordinators. The newly form global peacekeeping monitoring agency called COMPASS in which Lacus Clyne became first president of this organization to stop war. As members of COMPASS, Kira and his comrades intervene into various regional battles. Then a newly established nation called Foundation proposes a joint operation against a Blue Cosmos stronghold to find out the Foundation had other plans and screwed over Compass by setting them up for the fallout of Nuclear destruction but saved by Athrun Zala who appear out of nowhere, manage to save Kira Yamato and his comrades, to find out out the Foundation Kidnap Lacus Clyne because of some Genetic destiny, and they also have a powerful Giant Beam Cannon that is on the Moon that can destroy a population on Earth I can't spoil it any further then I ready did. I can tell you Kira and his merry band of friends must rescue Lacus from the Foundation.

Animation
I was surprised they kept the same style of animation, coloring and CGI for this movie watching this felt like I was watching a TV show then a Movie in the process for some of the other scenes for Spaceship battles and Mecha fights. I was mostly impress with the Mecha Designs because known fact they were not just using Mecha designs from every Gundam era if you notice they were using Metal Armor Dragonar designs as well possibility other mecha animes from the past that Sunrise animated with the help of veteran Mecha Designer Kunio Okawara who did the designs.

The Music
I already said TM Revolution is making this soundtrack but he had help from Tetsuya Komuro (veteran music artist and producer who is controversial ) to help create the intro song "Freedom" a which is a good song for the introduction of the movie. Toshihiko Sahashi who did most of the background music you hear in the movie did a great job which is a long list long songs I can't list but he was involved with Gundam Seed for most of the series making his return. Mika Nakajima and Tetsuya Komuro the song Boukyou and Sarigiwa no Romantics by See-Saw - (ED) It's a really good song to check out as well.

Overall

This Anime Film really is impressive the story building up to the end will surprise you. I am sure any Gundam Seed or Destiny fan will appreciate the hard work and passion that Sunrise (Sorry, I meant Bandai Namco Filmworks) waiting decades for this movie to come out to bring back some of cast for one more time to have us all in amazement to see the ending in SEEEEEEEEEXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My god this anime is Harry Potter on Steroids It's a shōnen Comedy about a magical world in which an individual's status within society is defined by their power and skill with magic which is very much a dick measuring contest. The main protagonist named Mash Burnedead who as a baby that was abandoned and was saved by his adopted father who raised him in a peaceful life in the forest now grown up as a teenager and lifting heavy weights, and I mean very heavy weights. Mash decided to go into nearest town to buy some Cream Puffs (Which was his favorite food) ... he was hungry knowing is father forbid him from going because if the Magic police finds out he has no magic mark on his face which indicates you have magic he would be killed. Mash was stop by a Police Officer and was let go only to find out he was being followed, the Magic Police raided his home. Mash manage show his impressive superhuman strength to the police, and of course one of the Officers manage to talk him down to convince Mash to join a Magic School In order to live a peaceful life with his adoptive father he must graduate to become a Divine Visionary. Somehow he manage to pass the Magical Schools Exam using no magical skills what so ever he very much did a 360 no scope and pass. Now he enters this Magic School encountering many dangers and meeting friends.

The Animation

A-1 Pictures known for Sword Art Online, Gate and 86. I can see they change their style to fit the Manga which is impressive it kind of feels like One Punch Man but it isn't. Color and style isn't the best but It fits the style for a shōnen.

Music
The opening theme for the first season is "Knock Out" by Taiiku Okazaki, while the ending theme is "Shū Cream Funk" (シュークリーム・ファンク, "Cream Puff Funk") by Philosophy no Dance okay songs.

Overall
The Story is very much a comedy that parodies Harry Potter but I have to say it has strange way to tell a story that is enjoyable.

It Proves Mecha genre is still alive and well in 2018.
This Anime attempted by Trigger was the most interesting ever seen.I don't care what Anime News Network or what Trash Taste said about this anime it shows that Mecha genre is still alive and well in 2018.

The Story
The setting in a post-apocalyptic earth where giant creatures known as klaxosaurs are attacking it became desolate and dying planet to survive that humans must live in mobile fortress-cities known as Plantations, and are force to defend the Plantations, using children called Parasites who are raised to pilot giant mecha known as Franxx that are par with ... boys (who are the the Pilots.) and girls (that are control system) to combat these giant monsters.

The propagandist Hiro who couldn't synchronize with his partner in a Franxx and they both fail to complete the training program. While skipping his class's graduation ceremony, by fate Hiro encounters mysterious girl who has red horns name Zero Two when a klaxosaurs attack the base which suddenly killed his partner during a klaxosaur attack, Hiro volunteers to become Zero-Two's new partner, or "darling" as Zero-Two refers to Hiro. Its very much a boy meets Alien girl love story I can't really spoil it.

Animation

I found out from my research looking up the Mecha designer Shigeto Koyamat who is responsible for the Mecha designs of the Franxx it seems he borrowed some elements from Star Drive Mecha Design to make this Animation.

Considering Trigger reputation has been known to reuse animation for other projects from there past works. I can understand the work the put into their Animation, and budget they very much strive to create a story.The color and style it alright for this anime I can't blame them the tone they used kind fits the style they wanted.

They very much took old clips from Neon Genesis Evangelion to create sound effects in the anime if you pay attention enough .The music soundtrack the Opening theme KISS OF DEATH performed by Mika Nakashima

Overall

The Anime isn't that bad it tells a interesting story that presents itself . It's not a great as a anime for some people but It shows the Mecha Genre Is still alive and well because Studio Trigger wanted to make this anime considering they were ex-Gainax employee's who wanted to reconnect to their old roots of watching movies, anime and tv shows for example Ultraman, Gundam, Space Runaway Ideon, Space Battleship Yamato, Star Trek, Star Wars, and Godzilla to create this anime for the fun. The Anime had one of the best conclusions to an ending. I will say this F**** Anime News Network and Trash Taste for ridiculous conspiracy theories they said about this anime its nothing like what they said.

What happen in this Sci-fi,Mecha Anime started out 1972, in an alternate reality of Earth where an ancient alien technology was discovered on the moon and space travel became easy that humanity was lucky enough to go and travel to Mars to discovered more advanced technology, the colonist who settle on Mars became the Vers Empire and later, the Vers Empire declared war on Earth in 1999.15 years later, in 2014, It introduces main autistic protagonist name Inaho Kaizuka who witnesses an assassination on the ... Vers princess during a peaceful mission causes the Empire to launch a new attack on Earth and many episodes you find out the Princess is still alive.Inaho manage to fight back in a training model Mecha known as KG-6 Sleipni he manage to defeat Martian Knights which
Earth Military has a hard time defeating the Martian Knights. Inaho Kaizuka used he autistic tactical analyzation skills to defeat these Invaders .It is complicated storyline and that people might not understand it does a good job to surprise you.

The Animation with its mixture of 3D and Animation the texture coloring looks great after watching the anime it seems they made a lot of effort trying to produce a good quality anime.

Sound Effects Abd Music is really are okay the soundtrack was very good composed and arranged by Hiroyuki Sawano who I believe did Kill La Kill with the help of Mika Kobayashi who did some of the vocal for this Anime as well.

Overall the Anime was okay but some of you may find it boring if your not into this type of anime overall it was okay anime.

This is the First anime I watch that had a 1 hour TV Movie special which was basically 3 episodes the rest even watching a total of 11 episodes was worth it .It was very entertaining for that hour of watching this anime the rest of the show was okay as well.

Story

Oshi No Ko an Anime that tells you a story inspired by the dark side of Japanese Entertainment culture that tells a fictional story about a doctor named Gorou Amamiya who runs a small hospital who manages to get a special patience that happens to be Ai Hoshino, a famous ... pop idol whom he admires because of a another patience's who died of cancer that inspired him to like her music. He found out that Ai is pregnant and agree to help her. The night of Ai's delivery, Gorou was murdered by an obsessive fan of Ai's and now reincarnated as Ai's son known as Aquamarine "Aqua" Hoshino having his memories intact of his previous life he also finds out he has a Twin who is a girl named Ruby Hoshino who is also reincarnated that happens to be the young 13 year old girl who is a patience that died of cancer. Both are now living life with their Idol Mom until that day Ai was murdered by the same fan who had killed Gorou. The fan later commits suicide, but Aqua suspect's that someone leak that info he believes that his mysterious father was behind this who he never met before. Both Aqua and Ruby begin building their careers in entertainment, Aqua who had no interest in acting decided to get into back into acting using his newfound skills and making friends In the industry to locate his father so he can kill him for the Justice.

The Animation

Isn't perfect animation from watching this anime by Studio Doga Kobo best known for Animes like Himouto! Umaru-chan, Majestic Prince, How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?. I like the color pallets they used for this anime it brighten the screen watching the animation you can tell they were trying to skip frames on some scenes to but I got to give them credit trying to it convey the story with the art style they used was impressive.

THE MUSIC

This Anime has a long list of a soundtrack that is really impressive with the songs like Queen Bee - Mephisto which was the best ending song I ever heard even Idol was considers the best intro as well.

Overall its
The anime isn't perfect but It has great story, and it's controversial because it try to barrow real life situations. It's good because it tries to show a what if it could of been handle better if entertainment industry try to treat its talent as human beings for once.

This is the first time seeing a Super Gay Robot Show. The story is about a Japanese Elite Special Forces guy name Isami Ao who while in Hawaii during joint American-Japanese military exercises suddenly Alien looking beings attack the base his squad almost destroyed all hope seems lost, and a mysterious talking robot appear out of nowhere named Bravern asks Isami to get inside his cockpit to pilot him into battle (hidden gay joke) using the power of manly energy from Isami Ao he defeated these Alien beings. Later on the next episode Bravern tells the joint military leaders about the threat of the "Deathdrives". ... While Isami is being interrogated and tortured which made no sense the Military decided to use Bravern in their Military operations to Japan. This Anime has Comedy, that parodies the Brave Series with Yaoi in this Anime. I asked around about this anime to find out this is not apart of the Brave Robot franchise according to sources what I was told the creator mention this is an original Anime of course it is...

The Animation
Animation is done by CygamesPictures, Inc. they are best know for Blade Runner Black Out 2022. The animation was a bit slow on some parts others were fast considering they were using 3D cel shading animation for the Mecha fights more like you watching Transformers Energon from 2004 which reminds me of that style of animation. The Mecha Designs by MORUGA and Mizuki Sakura doing a bit more research found out Misuki Sakura known to do mostly Gundam side story manga this is the first attempt from a person doing a anime such as this I got to say some of the designs were not bad.

Music
I got to say Kenichi Suzumura opening theme Babang to Suisan! Bang Bravern became a MEME because of the scene in the anime "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS THEME SONG!?" cause people to laugh at that it was a good theme song. As for the Ending song by Ryōta Suzuki and Yōhei Azakami the song Sōen no Shōzō was cheese on top of the cake funny.

Overall

I really don't hate the Super Gay Giant Robot Bravern its a interesting character had some great moments in the Anime. The problem is LGBTQ2+ won't accept this as representation and pretend it doesn't exist. It's not a perfect anime with a perfect story. I can't help but laugh at this anime for its funny moments. It's a nice attempt to being a Franchise, I don't think it will stick with Steven Universe fans base just because the Anime has a Gay Giant Robot doesn't mean it's going to be a hit with everyone. This anime was a bit boring to be honest it could of done better if it had a good set up for a story.

This anime was crazy and I can't believe Satan created this anime to troll the lesbians into watching Magical Girls getting into BDSM. Originally, the Manga didn't have Ecchi but the Animation Studio insert into the anime because...reasons...because they want this anime to sell very to an audience that would watch Boku No Pico and say "Yooooooooo! WTF!". I couldn't stop watching this anime for some odd reason.

THE STORY
The story is about Utena Hiiragi innocent shy girl that admires magical girls so much that she wanted to become a Magical girl . Until one day she was approach by mascot named Venalita who gives ... her magical powers, but rather than becoming the magical girl of justice she became a villain that joins an evil organization known as Enormita organization. Utena at first didn't want to do it but after her first taste in beating down Tres Magia girls she discovers that she has a hidden sadistic side, and wanting to torture Magical girl idols.

THE MUSIC
According to Sources the opening theme song "My Dream Girls", performed by Nacherry (a voice unit composed of Chiemi Tanaka and Natsumi Murakami) Melody alright and the ending theme "Toge Toge Sadistic" which they have two version of the ending was alright song as well it was sung by the voice actors themselves Leopard (CV: Aoi Koga), Magia Baiser (CV: Fuuka Izumi),

Animation and Art
It's not a perfect anime having 7 production companies involve and one Studio doing the Animation which is Asahi Production who is known for titles like Super Robot Taisen Original Generation: The Inspector and Angel Blade Punish! (I know...). the Art style is alright but the frame rate in the Animation you can tell they were under a budget to tell a story that it work out just as well. The Color was not that bad ether.

Overall
This content is not family friendly for the weak minded people. It can turn a man into a lesbian in 10 minutes of watching this anime.If you think a men can't be lesbians then your a bigot. This anime will blow your mind beyond belief you will ether hate it, like it, shock or entertain by this anime.
