This isn't an actual review. More of a request. I want more. Give me more. I need closure. I want to see Mikage's dad chasing after Hachiken with deadly intent after he proposes. I also want to see Komaba finally getting his own ranch. I need more. I want more.
On that note this season was good as well. Not as much as the first one, but still good enough to make you want more. The characters haven't changed from last season and that shows consistency. It was nice to see all of them grow. Especially the MC. Like last time i obviously recommend this anime. ... A hidden diamond.

At the end of each episode there's a smile on my face. Combined with the music outro, it gives me a warm feeling inside. It is very easy to get into the MC's shoes and understand his straggles. He is very relatable but also a very fun character. You can't hate him. I recommend this one to everyone (except vegans). It is a nice change of pace and it will not fail you.
ps i'm amazed every time that diamonds like this one find their way to me out of nowhere. i wouldn't had pick this one out of a bunch. i guess going back to ... check what you missed and give it a chance it's worth it.

I'll keep it short. Generic "make you feel good" anime are everywhere. This anime is not generic, and it doesn't make you feel. It makes you resonate. Whether is the art style, the smoking scenes, the cutesy side-characters, the i don't give AF attitudes, and on and on and on. There is an episode for everyone, a character for everyone, a scene for everyone etc. You don't have to love all of it. This is not one of the greatest anime of all time. Doesn't mean it is not great. To summarize and finish the review I'll say this. The award for 2022 Anime of ... the year goes to Chainsaw Man. Overall Rating 8. Not for the year though. Just watched the whole 24 episodes in one go. It was a breath of fresh air even though it was released 2 years ago. To be fair having to watch none stop travelers to other worlds, people getting sucked into games and other kind of rip-offs gets old really fast. So about the anime. The story had many interesting moments and a few boring ones as well. Some plot twists that made an impact and ups and downs as it went on. As for the art it wasn't what i expected but i got used to it. The faces on the bots though not ... so much. Sound wise didn't payed much attention but it did boost some moments. Not loud but not silent. Characters some more interesting than others but it comes down to what you like. There is a variety. Overall i did enjoy watching and i might watch again in the future. To anyone reading hope i was helpful and may you enjoy it as much as i did. Thank you ^_^

I can't say that i was looking forward for the "next episode". The way the plot starts and the way the story goes it makes you feel a bit bored. Only in a few occasions you find yourself interested but only when something is about to be revealed. From the characters only few have their own back-story, but not that many details. It's not an anime you are going to watch again but just another title on your list.

- Get ready for lots and lots and lots of crying. Feel free to re-watch as much as you like. The result will still be the same = niagara falls from your eyes.
- The story is a total original. Not what you expect but at the same time you will see many cliches, but that goes with every anime out there.
- Prepare to listen some of the most beautiful songs put in an anime.
- The characters interact with each-other in various ways. Some times it's funny and some times it's sad. Expect mix feelings.
- From start to finish you will have lots of fun. This ... is an anime you will always remember. Now go ahead and put it on your favorites. ^-^
